Neither classes are "overpowered" since they have their weaknesses, the main weakness for Adds in general being that they're glass cannons. For both, it's a lack of physical defense and HP. Not only that, but it really depends on the player just like with every other character.
Well considering the amount of damage he does and the range of the moves..that's kinda OP in my book. But of course you just gotta know how to use them well.
