The difference between today’s Reiki sessions and my other ones, is that I use a small bit of hypnosis technique for an additional sleepy effect. thank you for this. I’m finally officially starting my journey not only to healing but happiness. I’ve been 3 months sober and one month clean. I’m learning to be happy with myself and focus on myself. Recently am going through a breakup but I have faith that we will find our way back to each other in the future. Right now I just need to do my own thing. I’m also going to get help. It’s been 8 years of my sever depression and other disorders and finally want to put a stop to it. There's been quite a few shootings and gun threats going around my state and after everything that's been happening in the country, I felt pretty freaked out. Your videos have always comforted me but right now, it's just what I need. I've gotten really into energy healing and working with the universe over the last year or so and I find that these kinds of ASMR videos relax me more than they used to now that I've been doing that.
Can you make a video for ocd remedy hypnosis like you did for insomnia? My mind is going crazy through this recurring thoughts and daydreams and I'm getting tired but can't sleep cuz of these thoughts. Only your channel relaxes me and brings me out of my mind. Thank you so much angel 🙏😇
My grandmothers ring looks so much like yours. She passed away last year so this is the first holiday season without her. The ring is very important to me and I use it often in meditations and other spiritual work. Love u mom and I wanted to let you know I felt a lot of love in this video

My grandma was my rock as well. Unfortunately she passed away before I got clean but she was my biggest supporter as well. I like how transparent you are. You make things feel very familiar and comfortable which I think makes you one of the best (in my opinion best) ASMR artists.
It’s funny people look down on addicts and reviving addicts but I find that so so many are so spiritual and kind and just have the most beautiful souls.
I am 8 years clean and I sing and write and am very sensitive and artistic. I can read people so easily and use that to help them heal themselves.

And I haven’t haha my family doesn’t get it .. which is weird to be because they are all alcoholics so you think they would lol they more look down on me. I’m a single mom of two who has been clean for 8 years I quit smoking 6 months ago (as of 3 days ago lol) but my family really doesn’t get it. I don’t think they understood how bad it was because for the most part I hid it very well. That could be why they don’t really get it. I’ve always just kind of pretended I was good no matter what haha
even if they didn’t understand how bad it got, they still shouldn’t downplay it and act like it’s not a huge deal you’re getting better. i’m glad i stopped to comment since you don’t hear it enough.

Not gonna lie you are the only asmrtist that i trust with spiritual videos, i have been watching you longer than any other asmr channel and i just know you know what you are doing! So, i really have to say thank you for this amazing video. Ive been using some really poor coping mechanisms to deal with my divorce. Earlier this week i had a minor seizure, and could feel my energy and body just fighting me. Until last night when i watched this video. Could litteraly feel you reaching through the screen of my phone pulling and fixing my energy. I woke up feeling 1000 times better than i had. And have had no desires to fall back into those bad mechanisms, really honestly feel completely changed.

I really needed this today, I've been really bad about being grumpy and easily irritated because of the steroids I'm on right now, so I've been harbouring a lot of negative energy and bitterness.
