Wow wow wow! I LOVE dark chocolate and have seen this in bread but have been questioning if it would even taste good. You've convinced me to try it! I'll make it in a couple days and post an update on how it turned out :)

Instead of freeze dried strawberries can I use dried strawberries. I bought them from Costco and wanted to use it into something, and this would be perfect
Looks like the dough was a bit dry. I followed ur instructions to the t but my dough looks wet. Seems like yours can close to forming a ball where my doesn't. I'm wonder if I should go with the process or add more flour. What are your thoughts?
Sorry I’m just seeing this! You can add a bit more flour this time during the stretch and folds! Next time just use less water than what I call for. Every flour is different so sometimes you need to adjust a little. I hope that helps and I’m not too late responding 🤞🏻☺️
Looks delicious I'm just learning my first sourdough was a disaster just doing my second now I'm trying it in a bread machine so wish me luck 😊

Yeah mine was wet and can’t even shape. I’m still baking it tomorrow tho. Crossing my fingers
500 g of flour and I put 425 g of water. My dough is too wet and any suggestions and I use bread flour.
