I didn't grow up eating too many different veggies. I've had cauliflower in a soup but thats all. I think if I made that, I would love it. I am going to challenge myself to make this whe my family comes over for dinner. I know every bit of that will get eaten. Thank you for showing this dish!

It looks so good. I'm like you, I don't like much Italian seasoning. To me, it's overpowering some. Talli Faye, do you have a good stewed tomato recipe, the kind where you use bread in it? I know there's some online, but if you have one, I'd trust it, lol. Thanks so much for another yummy side dish idea. We'll be trying this, too. Love yas ❤
