Wonderful lower body workout! I felt every part of my legs and glutes.
Great combo of moves, I love working lower body! Deadlifts are my favorite. I had to use ankle weights for the hamstring move. For some reason I couldn’t get the dumbbell in the right position. 🙄🤔🤣 Chris,I have question, which workout has the story of Anna & Louie? I couldn’t find it , I’m quite fond of those dogs & look forward to seeing them daily. ❤

I actually like the after party better... For some reason I miss all the beginning chatter before the workout starts on my TV/Computer. )(I'm old school, and have to connect thru the computer to TV in order to get a bigger screen) Enough of this....
The workout was GREAT!! Starting with Bands (love) lets me know I'm in for a tuff one.... Liked counting reps, and didn't mind the repeats of sets. ..(not saying it wasn't hard, just that I was doing it) The Inner ending was like WOW OWWW, But also done!!

Holy 🦀 🥵 lower body burn out! When you said round three for that deadlift, lunge segment, I said out loud, what the actual F 😂, I had to drop weight, but I did it.

Great class. I couldn't use weights, so I modified by doing most of the exercises with the band on and focused on form...whew, legs were feeling it. Thank you Chris!
I usually have a conflict with leg day. Today was a great day for legs! Tomorrow maybe not so much 😂. I’m going horseback riding with my daughter in the morning as part of her birthday gift. I’m feeling it already!

I walked up a flight of stairs 2 hours after completing this workout and my butt was already feeling sore. The next few days will be fun! Ha! Louie and Anna were so cute. Totally digging Anna’s vibe aka meditative state and Louie always looks like he wants to say something! 😂

Leg day is my least favorite, but I always make myself “show” up because I know how much time and effort Chris puts in to all of her classes, and wouldn’t want to miss one❤
Leg day always delivers and always leaves a lasting impression for a few days afterwards. However, the time flew, Im using slightly heavier weights and it makes a really positive difference. thank you so much.

You know me, not a fan of lower body, but I really enjoyed this workout. By the way, I pulled that muscle on my right side, from mid back to lower. Will heal soon I hope. What I liked about this doctor, he told me to not stop working out, just lighten my weights, and choose an moves that don’t work that side. He was thrilled that I’m working out 4 to 5 days a week, plus bonus I lost 3 whole pounds, lol. Thanks Chris. Let me know your availability for my tray , I will come over. ❤❤❤❤😊

This lower body workout was a sweat producer, and it was wonderful! it was very challenging, especially when we did the inner thigh segment. Since I've started doing your workouts, I've noticed a difference in my strength in everyday activities...prolonged squatting while doing yard work, lifting groceries...and endurance...walking long distances, paddling with my arms while tubing for 2-1/2 hours (discovered this benefit last week). With increased strength and endurance comes the confidence that I can do more things with minimal concern about not being able to keep up. Thank you for everything, Christina! 😃

Hey Chris! This was my first real workout in a while (I've been ill). I was in the worst mood before doing this and didn't think I could get through it, but 5 minutes in, I felt instantly happy and motivated. I can't tell you how much seeing your face makes me feel. Thank you for this brutal yet fun workout!
Love squats in all shapes and forms and deadlifts but lunges with my right leg moving are my nemesis (I still did them but cursed a LOT). Will reward myself with some mobility. Thanks Chris

It was the lunges with the high knee that were killing me along with the inner thighs at the end. Anyways, it was a lovely leg workout! Thanks for the fun. Excellent workout, thanks for this killer! I am noticing that if I take a longer break, like 3-4 days, I can come back and lift heavier than usual. How do you recommend we move up in weights? Sometimes I find I can lift heavier but then kind of run out of stamina partway through the workout.
It may have been a mistake to have just done this workout in my garage in Phoenix. Holy cow, I have never sweated so much in my life! But it feels so good and I know my muscles appreciate it. Thank you for so many awesome workouts!
