Well, here we are again John, this video was in my recommended. Back in the algorithm again I see and look at those views now! WOW!!! 2.3 MILLION views.
Hi. Nice video. I use to work there as a yard jockey moving the trailers around. I miss that place. Thanks for the video and bringing back many memories from Coca-Cola foods.
Johnny Be Good And Ole Blue One Of The Best Super Truckers and one that inspired me to get into trucking my Dad and uncle are Owner Oporaters and that's also what got me into Hotshot Trucking keep those Wheels Spinning
Cool video. I live in Michigan and went to Chicago a couple times a year for over 20 years. I knew that I-94 exit, at Napier, before I even saw the signs.
@@Michelle-zz7no we had friends that lived right by 94 off of Scottdale road, and we'd always stop by for tea and a rest. My brother and I were too young to drive and my mother always hated driving. Driving from south central Michigan was always too long for her to do at once. We'd always stop on the way to Chicago and back. When traveling towards Ch-town I knew that that was the time to start watching for the exist we needed. I also have always loved Charles Napier, the actor, so when I saw Charles Napier on the credits on "The Blues Brothers" I said, quietly, "hey there's a road by that name by Lake Michigan. A couple people in the theater laughed. Yes, I saw that movie, in the theater as a kid, and have loved it to this day. I've always loved maps. Growing up in Europe, we'd drive all over the French Alps, camping in our car, heading to Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, and also England where we went a few times. I was the map guy. I still love them. My parents loved having me in the backseat, since I would always find our exit, turn, town, campground, long before we got there. Though I haven't driven in decades, I always point out exists to my friends, and they get annoyed. I try to stop but it's totally ingrained in me. I don't know if genetics work like that but both my parents say they did the same. It's a habit that annoys my friends but it's so ingrained in my head from my childhood, that it's very hard to not do it. Just like knocking on a bathroom door even though I know on-one is in there. Being the oldest of 5, with 2 sisters, I learned from a young age to knock, every single time.
@@thephantomeagle2 were we raised by the same family??? Lol. I was always designated map reader/driver! It’s just about 90 minutes to get to Chicago from here. My daughters and I use to go a lot. It’s close enough that we usually just did day trips. So funny you mentioned Scottsdale Road! I was just on it today!! I really love Michigan. We’re very close to Lake Michigan!
Cool video, I do drink Hold Peak Tea. We first had it at the County Fairgrounds during our Fiesta Days ( formerly the Navajo Trails Fiesta, another name for it was; The Spanish Trails Fiesta,) at The Chuck Wagon Cook off. That was nearly eleven years ago, if I am remembering correctly. God Bless You. As always, safe travels. 👍👍✌️.
My favorite Minute Maide 👍🏼 so you are the one who provides me my best lemonade Thank you sir May God gives you best reward for your hard service Ameen
Nice video Bro, for showing the world what us truckers do, to make it happen! It looks like "Coke-a-Cola" did you a nicecload pattern as well! One addition though, I think I would've snuck in a crosswise load lock, across the support area of the top cases (have seen product shift rearward, due to bumps going uphill, and it's not a nice surprise to open your doors to). And no, I'm NOT trying to slam a fellow driver. Y'all be careful out there please.
I just love the sequence between 10:25 - 10:53 how he drives with the music all nice and loud, and just when the song reaches it's hight, it sudenly slows down just as he is slowing down for the crossroad :-P
2 things I need in my car. A powered seat that moves all over the place An airhorn that you can pull a cord (and I seem to be missing lots of dash gadgets and screens) OH and a spoon.
Good trucking brother. Some people who do this for “fun” apparently don’t get that most truckers drive what gets the job done. If an auto gets its done with less stress so be it. I can drive my car at home for fun, but at work just get the job done.
Good Morning ! here in Brazil we do not have this type of cart, with this type of movement, only in the nine axis that we have in Brazil, and I realized that I do not see a three-axle truck, but it's swou, we're following here in Brazil ... hug
I love the Auto Kenworths Manual Shiftting I am really over it, not once in my whole trucking career have I ever used a CAT scale or added Air To my tires or have ever been pulled in for a inspection.
Ha minute made was my first load ever to haul years ago when i got hired on with cr england.. i hated those seal safes so much.. now i do flatbed and not worry about seals lol
Hello again. In Germany there is a penalty regular, if there is no loading-security back- and sideways. In Europe, it is better to save goods. - You can take airbags against to the way of goods, they can take. In Germany is heavy penalty, for saving other drivers on the road. Also they drive fast and there is no chance, to time out of the situation. Thanks. NetGeier
Non trucker here who knows nothing with 2 questions: 1. What is purpose of sliding tandems forward? 2. Shouldn't there have been a bar behind your load to keep it from shifting?
Holy Smokies JBG!!!! LOL!!! You really gotta post this one up again for all of us that weren't here 6 years ago. Today is May 6th, 2020 during the Covid-19 Virus and Shutdown. This was Great!!
Hello again, sorry. You want to take only the left side of german autobahn so fast as you can, but there is heavy penalty to go on on the right side everywhere. Faster is on the left side. Overboost on the right-side is no go at german-highways. Thanks. NetGeier
Hey JBG Travels . I see you from Hungary .I like America and American big trucks and cars . I formerly subcribe your chanel and i see you videos ! I wish you a wide and accident-free road !
Why am I here? I just wanted to see a big truck shift, next click I'm here... It's weird where my thirst of knowledge brings me sometimes. And awaaaaay we go to the next video on how an airliner is started.
Well, here we are again John, this video was in my recommended.

You have THE best attitude...LOVE ya brother.
Thank you for your sacrifice of showing us the trailer load and carefully "AHHHHH!!!!!" jumping down. I feel your pain.
The best is when he says "I'm not supposed to do that..."!
Hi. Nice video. I use to work there as a yard jockey moving the trailers around. I miss that place. Thanks for the video and bringing back many memories from Coca-Cola foods.

Awesome vid I didn’t know those box trailers did that... work with trucks in the uk only sliding axles we use are for over size loads
Holy crap a semi that is automatic.....i didn't know such a thing existed, you learn some new shit everyday

This was strangely relaxing.
My dad just retired from that plant after 22 years a month ago and fun fact Coke just sold that plant a few weeks ago
Let's see if that load is in the same place at the destination. No Load Locks, used.
I agree
Hey. Thanks for your service.
Ha minute made was my first load ever to haul years ago when i got hired on with cr england.. i hated those seal safes so much.. now i do flatbed and not worry about seals lol
funny enough i just watched a video about how to shift an 18 speed trans
but idk how to shift a 5 speed in a smol truck
haha
djay4487 deved apparently RUclips’s algorithmic journey has led us on the same route! Haha
Same but I do know how to drive a 5 speed lol
hahaahahah I watched the same video before that and I DONT KNOW WHY
You probably grind the gears in that automatic don’t you? Try double clutching that automatic maybe it won’t grind.
So did I
I don't know what's more amusing: The Spoon Stylus, or the Americans learning only now that auto-shift semi trucks are a thing 🤣
This peoples are professional trucks drivers
nice touch pen. !!!
Ikhwanul Fikri a plastic spoon as a stylus on the screen 😂😂
For yes
Look at this cool young driver....👍. Seems like just yesterday we were at WEL, huh John? 😀
