    Dear Sir TooBlunt,
I just wanted you to know that there are humans out here who, although you don't know us, and no matter what we think, we most assuredly do not know you, we still feel a connection to your wellbeing and we do, as much as is possible through this utterly absurd medium, care for you and the health of your psyche and heart.
And I just needed to tell you that. That no matter what you may be going through, you are strong enough to withstand it. Not just because God made you so, but because of the difficult journey of evolution you have endured thus far and the simple fact that you are still here.
You have earned my respect, whatever little that may mean.
I send my best most sincere wishes for the peace and comfort of you and your family at this time.
I always immediately click on anything you post and will stay subscribed to you no matter where you go with your content, no matter which direction your channel takes.
    Muchlove, suki

Don't be sorry. Pink Floyd does that to most of us. It vibes at a better frequency then modern music. Oh and I'll put in a vote for Hey You as well. Once you have reacted to a full album you should go back and listen to it in it's entirety.

Wonderful reaction, Blunt. Pink Floyd is not for everyone, but for those who fell it, it's magical. For me, it's soul soothing. My favorite musical experience is listening to DSOTM in my dimly lit office, and just riding the waves. You owe it to yourself to listen to "Brain Damage" and "Eclipse" (have to listen to both as they run together). It's mid altering without the drugs.

Your comment on the guitar solo being a balm, a soothing touch to the reality of time passing is profound. I've been a Pink Floyd fan for 38 years and I never interrupted the solo that way yet it is now so obvious. Excellent audio philosophical catch. They say time heals all wounds but time itself is a wound.

I love the album this is from, (well I love em' all), the division bell. Another great song from that one is She will take it back. But, as usual with Pink Floyd, the whole album is in context and takes you on a journey and I believe it refers to the divisive chaos we're experiencing now. They've been warning humanity for as long as I have known of them, in the best way they know how. The words of their music ring in my ears even more these days, so poignant. ♥️🔥
Edit: I stand corrected, this song is from the album Momentary lapse of reason. But Division bell is a great album too and She will take it back, still worth listening to.

It is probably the Sonoran desert in Arizona & Mexico. Native American shamans believed that a person could transform into other creatures, e.g. an eagle. Carlos Castañeda was an American writer. Starting with The Teachings of Don Juan in 1968, Castaneda wrote a series of books that purport to describe training in shamanism that he received under the tutelage of a Yaqui "Man of Knowledge" named don Juan Matus. That is my interpretation of what this song is about. Btw, your reaction to Time by Pink Floyd is the best I have ever seen. You are very good at this. Good luck with the twins.

Native Americans used the brains of the animal, I've read about and am going to use egg yolks to tan mine. ( if you use brains or eggs you have to cold smoke the skin after tanning, if you don't and it gets wet it will tend to get brittle when it dries) im starting with a sheep scrotum to make a sporran to go with my kilt. I earned my carnivore card. skinning the hanging lamb is kinda cool. You cut the skin around the legs then pull down . If you get stuck you dont need a knife just push your hand in the fat layer between the skin and the meat and it will seperate. You only need to cut around the legs and the head. To dress the lamb you slice into the diaphragm (?) And open it enough to reach in swith both hands and pull the innards out. You need to be careful If you cut open some of the innards they may leak bile and other fluids that really stink and will ruin the meat...
