- Andersen is questioned by an ex-convict who is struggling with life outside of jail. Things take a turn, and Andersen must act fast before he kills an innocent woman to ensure a life-sentence behind bars!
From Season 1 Episode 10 "Flesh and Blood": Nolan's son, Henry, comes to visit his dad in L.A, and ends up doing an internship at the department with Grey's daughter Dominique. At the morning meeting, Andersen announces that she will be riding along with Lucy, while Grey partners up with Nolan, and Bradford with Bishop.

She was the captain it is something to be proud of the officers called her captain when she went to a call back up would come. And say captain do you need us to do anything she put a smile on everyone's face she is missed and every officer on the rookie will still honor her on patrol she will be missed.

The Rookie just ended its second season, but because of the pandemic there's a lot of people just discovering this show for the first time. The show was just renewed recently for a third season. My uncle was like that he was in jail for 42 years and he’s 60 when he got out he robbed a corner store with a life and sat on the corner waiting for the cops. It’s sad but it happens
It's called being Institutionalized. Like Morgan Freeman explained in Shawshank, you first go in hating the walls, after awhile you get used to them, then you find yourself depending on them, being told when to sleep, when to eat, what to wear every day, the routine gets into your soul. It affects people differently, some can come out after 20 years just fine, others can spend five years in and they can't handle life on the outside ever again.
She was the best character on the in season 1 so sad they killed her off

Actually it's a bb pistol made by umarex and is officially licensed bt glock, the frame is made out of the same materials as a real glock 19. The only thing that's different is the internals as they are fit to send a metal bb down range and not a bullet. Its is powered by a Co2 cartridge and not gunpowder.

Why are all the women of color dating only white men? This show seems to be making a surface attempt to appear diversified, but really taking the opportunity to promote white men as the most desired man. It's sad that this insecurity is plaguing many today. This wouldn't be as noticeable if they had white women dating men of color, but they don't. This seem very deliberate.
@ W V-1...I've noticed the same thing with both Harper and Chen; even officer West, the gay black guy is dating a white male movie star. Only recently they had Chen go on a date with a black guy whose a paramedic. Let's see if this carrys over into season 3!!

@ W V-1.....With Harper's character they showed she was formerly married and struggling to make things work with the childs father whose a white male. I was intrigued by this aspect because I figured it would add layers to Harper's character dealing with aspects of obviously being a black woman and having a biracial child. I figured the writers would open the door to provide more back drop for Harper to maybe discuss cultural differences and/or issues with officer Nolan given she's his T.O and his age difference could offer some different perspective. However, instead the writers for the show decided to have Nolan encourage her to start dating again and Harper was making things work amicably with her childs father and encourage him to start dating again eventhough despite his own admission he hadn't been dating, which would have you believe that Harper and her ex husband could possibly rekindle their relationship. But no, let's have the writers of this show make their obvious issues more apparent by having Harper meet up with her former DEA partner, a white male who tries to persuade her to come back to work with the DEA. Harper states she's happy with her new role with the police department and emphasized that it offers more stability and less stress in her relationship with her ex husband and more quality down time with her daughter. Ok, cool now why did the writers have to further push their own "agenda" by making Harper's former DEA partner state well since you won't join me back at the DEA, "how about going on a date with me?" Smh.....You see Harper smile and is down for it!!! Smh

I don't know if you've seen it but it's about a little girl who seems to miraculously survive a plane crash. She is then taken in by the local sheriff, who is a white female that has a biracial child. Her ex-husband who is played by Donald Faison, he's a co-parent with Jo, and they co-parent the way ex's should. Now unlike The Rookie and Harper's situation with ex-husband, Alex (Donald Faison) is obviously still attracted and interested in his ex-wife Jo. But Jo seems for the most part totally uninterested. I mean bruh, there is no signs that something can be rekindled from Jo's demeanor, but they get along well now. So, then enters FBI agent, Ryan Brooks, played by none other than, Harper's ex-husband from The Rookie. Who do you think her love interest becomes? You guessed it! Now in the final episode, Agent Brooks tells Jo that he likes her ex-husband Alex and that there may be some unfinished business between them. Well Jo approaches Alex as he's about to get into his car. Before she can really say anything, he tells her that he has taken a job out of state. Then for the first time in the show, they show that Jo maybe a little interested in them rekindling their relationship, but it still falls flat. If you've seen the show then you know what I mean, if not, check it out. Sorry about the spoilers. The point is though, even when they try to appear like they're cool with a black man having a white woman, they still make it a generic relationship with him and they find a way to insert a white man as her love interest.
