You need to push the black round guard back towards the handle (same as if you put pressure into the handle into the car), the handle will only pump activate if that black round guard is pushed back towards you

you are going to need tyres every month for that bosozoku car because every time you have to go on a steep driveway it will do a small burnout like @7:20 and if i am not mistaken those tyres are hard to get , but who cares that car is sick man
All you do is pull the top of the nozzle back while it is inserted. Best trick is to keep a small piece of wood in car and place that on top of nozzle neck when filling up to fill the gap. A paint stir stick works for our cars.
Go to the local Harley Davidson dealer and purchase one of the rubber fuel nozzle gas tank protectors. That should trick the gas nozzle on the pump into thinking that it’s fully inserted into a gas tank. You need to check that there is enough remaining nozzle to open the fuel flap on the car though.
