It's just a photoshop of a famous painting of Pope Innocent X, just with Tom's face over the pope's, a corgi in one hand and a bowl of dip in the other. High quality shop, but hopefully was not done from scratch

The color and light balancing is good, as well as the choice of corgi and dip images, but Tom's face isn't integrated quite as well as I think it could be, and there's no painting filter added (that I can tell) to really blend the added elements in with the brushwork. It's still great, though. Especially extending the frame and background to fit the aspect ratio of the video, which I didn't realize until just this moment.
