It does help me and has all summer. I started out using apple cider vinegar, then used the vinegar and witch hazel combined and now, only the w.h. And, if you are outside and get sweaty, a witch hazel wipe off can cool you down, get rid of any sweat smell, and buy you an hour or two of time before you have to worry about a shower. It's also great for cleaning your hair if you happen to sweat from your scalp as badly as I do! A cotton pad soaked with w.h. is great for this and just blot it through your hair. Witch hazel is great for odor control all over. Another extra benefit is it helps control external itching as well.
