  • Let’s think about balance as simply, not falling over.
Anyone can balance at full speed but if you want to improve your balance on two wheels you need to slow down and practice.
Run through some drills each time you ride, improve your bike control and stop falling over!

Coincidentally I only found about the pedal pressure a couple of days ago, good advice.

Nice one mate! The ideal pedal pressure differs between riders owing to different rider strengths, the best way to find what works for you, smash out the practice 🤙🏼

this is so insightful, im excited to try this out on slower balance features. not sure if im doing it naturally, but im sure if i intentionally do this, ill improve!

Let us know how you go. It’s all about learning to move bike and body autonomously so you don’t have to think about it when riding at high speeds.

It took me about 2 weeks practicing 15 minutes a day to get a solid track stand. Now I can balance on flat ground with no brake.

@@brandonreimer184 That's good commitment to practicing and it sounds like it's paid off, nice work!
