Great tutorial! I was wondering if you could put a link to a website where you got your foam for this project, or just tell us what store this came from?
Could you please do a video about knives and how you get those clean cuts
He uses very small blades, and he replaces them quite frequently. Go to Walmart, or Home Depot, and look for the style of knife he uses, then you can either order premium ones online, or you can just buy a few packs at the store, and constantly replace them.

Awesome video, Andrew DFT! Could you post a link to where you get your Styrofoam? I've bought some before and the foam tends to tear rather than cut. I'll sharpen my blades and attempt to cut the foam, and the foam will just tear. Is it PVC, XPS or EPS? Thanks!

Hey guys. He uses Extruded Polystyrene...its a common building insulation product found from most hardware suppliers. As a visual clue to finding the right stuff, if you can see small circlular beads of polystyrene this is Expanded PS - you dont want this type. Ask for Extruded - its much smoother and doesnt break into small beads. And always use a sharp knife!! If you dont you will tear edges and leave an ugly rough finish. Hope this helps 😉

ROGUEcreeper I found eva foam at Walmart by the gym area.
Any chance of you in the future making the DC-15. It would complete the set with the DC-17(Rex's Blaster ) and the DC-15A(The Clone Blaster). It's pretty long so it may be difficult.

I bought the material and tried doing the Halo AR but failed TWICE! Just not for me I guess.
toolizawesome is it a beginner build? If you see some of his earlier works, that don't look the greatest. It's all about practice and patience.
What is the thickness of EVA foam you use?? Is it 3/8" or 3/4"? Or another thickness entirely?

Joseph Ward don't know about it being cheap but you could try home base, B&Q or maybe screwfix off the top of my head. Otherwise you might have to order some online
