    How do I make the cinnamon crunch topping

      Combine 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoon of cold butter together.

    Should I bake the bagels first and add the cinnamon topping half way through baking? If I want to make one flavor with the recipe , would I need to adjust the toppings? By how much/many grams per Topping? Raisins/chocolate/cinnamon sugar?

      Yes you should bake the bagels first but add the cinnamon topping more than halfway through. Add it when there's only about 5 minutes baking left. It will continue cooking when the bagels are cooling down.
      If you want to make one flavor bagels, you will need to multiply the topping ingredients by 4.
      Raisins : 150g
      Chocolate: 180g
      Cinnamon sugar: white sugar 50.2g, brown sugar 97.36g
      I hope it helps.

    Hi, the all purpose flour is 5 1/ 2 cups or 3 1/2 cups ?. Because you say 5.5 cups = 24.3oz but not is the same amount.

    Hi, I just wondering how long it takes the texture to turn hard? Bcz I plan to bake 1 night before serving

      Since it’s homemade and there are no chemicals, it will turn start turning hard around 24 hours. I suggest you freeze them and when you are ready to eat just warm them in an oven or toaster not the microwave.
