Hi!
Missing You is a pretty piece from KINGDOM HEARTS II, whereas Kairi's theme was composed for the original KINGDOM HEARTS~
Although Missing You appears in many scenes, the original ones are quite short and have a similar mood so I've played them together, I even played a bit of Kairi III theme to end the piece since she has 3 different variations of the same song c:
I thought about changing Kairi's theme key to make the transition less evident, however I didn't like it and ended up mantaining the original key with a sudden key change as a surprise~

I've kind of associated Missing You with Namine's loneliness, but it's really awesome to hear it being played with regard to Kairi instead (namely, after it was used in *that* scene in KH3)

Amazing job! Kairi's theme has always brought back a nostalgic feeling for me, and I always feel more at peace when I hear it. Almost like I'm watching the sunset myself. Hopefully you'll do Naminé's theme as well sometime. 💕

Ow I'm glad you think that way about me haha, I've been playing since I was a child, I believe the key is really having an idea in your mind of what you want to play (how you want to "say" every sentence, every note, every detail) and then having the control and technique in your hands to faithfully portray what you had in mind~ I still have a long way to improve!

Hi I just want to ask in your transcriptions, what does it mean when the note is enclosed in a parenthesis? :)
It normally means that the note is played at the same time with both hands, so you can choose to play it just once with the right hand or the left hand~ In this case, though, it just means that it's up to you if you want to play that note or not! I honestly can't remember exactly why I put it haha
@@MoisesNieto Oh I see :) Can I ask what do you mean by playing the note with both hands? like on that one key there would be two fingers that will press it? I'm a beginner btw sry just curious. Love your KH transcriptions btw I've been printing and practicing them lately but it's too hard for me atm I think :)
@@gilbert356 Yeah exactly! It could happen that the right hand melody and the left hand part share the exact same key, so you could choose the hand you want to use to play it (and normally one of those repeated notes appear enclosed in a parenthesis hehe)
