What temperature does yeast grow the fastest?

What is Yeast, and what is used for?
Safety: This experiment uses hot/boiling water which can cause burns. Complete only with parental direction and supervision.
Q: How does temperature affect yeast growth?
Hypothesis (best guess):
A) Cold water
B) Warm water
C) Hot water
Equipment: Bakers yeast (1 packet)
Three glasses
Sugar
Kettle
Teaspoon.
Procedure:
1) Add half a tea spoon of yeast to each glass.
2) Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to each glass.
3) Fill to half-way cold tap water in one glass and stir.
4) Fill to half-way with warm water (same as body temperature) and stir
5) Fill to half way with hot water and stir.
6) Make observations every 5 minutes for half an hour.
