Looks yummy! I have wild rice that I think I’ll add. My quick go to soup is a dumpling one. I heat up chicken stock- add in seasoning like garlic and ginger- I like lots of ginger. Then throw in some frozen dumplings(I usually get a big Costco bag that I keep in my freezer) and my favorite ingredient some baby bok choy I roughly chop it. That’s it! Quick dump and go.
