ok question.. say if this car was compared against a 2007 bmw 3 series with current safety standards (excluding all the driver assistance stuff) just structurally, which one would be safer?
No mi bro.
New tests are more severe than before… even the new Swift got 3 stars and I’m pretty sure the duo 208-Corsa valued 4 stars before, would become 3 stars now. Not so bad result
I really think that all manufactures are skipping on metals used for the front & sides to make them lighter, due to the invention of airbags and hi impact plastics, making the cars safer in that sense, but at the same time making them not safe if you get my drift?🦘🦘✌✌
That's just a conspiracy theory. Cars are getting better on safety these days. The cabin area is getting stronger. The front end is built that way for a good crumple zone and pedestrian safety as well.
It's mainly to fulfill standards for pedestrian safety. The front facia is quite soft, like on all modern cars, but that has nothing to do with the crumple zone.
That front and side airbags work like a charm
ancap put 3 stars because have not complete ADAS and chest slippage by seat belt, For the rest it is safe and complete car. 😊
Dead or Alive ?
1:38 Toyota Yaris 2013, 2017 broken in half.
you're talking shit

what a specific car. Can it have something to do with your profile picture
Rear side airbags are useless. How can you #$@% that up???

Rather hop in public transport than risk on a cheap plasticky MG3; MG3 is a Privilege not a Right.
Hä?
Wdym the car is CLEARLY safe
The bus for you it is
Safer than other cars, Suzuki swift got worse
Honestly I would choose any car, from any country, from any year, as long as it works, over public transportation.
Never buy one of these cars.
I bought, 5000km already and I'm very satisfied with this car.
We certainly don't listen to people like you who don't even explain.
sincerely the GMC Manager
You don't like the MG3 go take public transport 🚌🚋
@@electricdiesel1993 well that should be first option in all Metro areas.

It would’ve been a five star car a few years ago.

@@glennO-e9ralmeno quattro...concordo con lei. Adesso i test sono molto più rigorosi....
