I really appreciate the time you took for this. I do enjoy fast paced ASMR sometimes and always like normal speed, but something about taking the time to annunciate what you say and articulate it very well just makes me extra sleepy. Love the slowed down idea. I think this is a good technique for the future ❤

While watching, I allowed myself "to just melt into [my] ribcage" as you instructed me to do. Honestly I'm not 100% sure I melted properly, but I found it relaxing nonetheless. Then I "feel into [my] body" in the way I interpreted your instruction, and that was calming as well. You handled all my cracks so well, macro and micro. I enjoyed how informative, skillful, friendly and 'appropriate' your chiropractic treatment is. I look forward to my next 🐻🤗 treatment with you.
