Top 3 video from you John this what I’ve been wanting to see. Nobody ever shows this at a 1000 yards. I love to see a pro shooter give real world results. I wonder if a ribbon on the target would show switching winds.
Thank you, I appreciate the kind words and I'm glad it helps. There's more to come soon.
Thanks
Welcome, glad you enjoyed it.
Love this channel. Thanks for that.
Thank you, that’s very kind of you.
I'm glad you used a tactical on your scope! I never knew how much movement you all have in the rifle. I was thinking that the front rest and rear bag would prevent a lot of thar movement!
Well done John brilliant shooting man. Please could you tell me what App or program are you using for the shot placements?
Thank you. It’s a Shotmarker electronic target.
@@FClassJohn Pleasure. Thanks so much for the swift reply.
From outside F class looking in this is simply amazing!
Thank you, that's kind of you to say.
Outstanding results John!
Thank you
Great vid John. Those high right ones were weird. I enjoy watching how you watch the flag for each shot. Just had my fourth F-Class match Saturday and have only been using my last shot for my wind hold for the most part. 585-26X at 500 yds. ( 5" 10 ring and 2 1/2 " X-ring) Need to incorporate mirage and flags into the equation more now , so I see when something changes. It's the club in New Braunfels where Speedy sometimes shoots and he happened to be there so that was cool. Thanks for putting these out.
Thank you and congrats of having fun and improving at your matches.
Great show!
That was great!
Glad you enjoyed it.
Darn wind! They were stacking right in the middle when there was no wind. Load looks good already with out barrel tuning.
Was trying to pick up the wind from the loose paper under the target... Not much help. Guessing most of the valuable wind is several feet above the line of sight, arc of the trajectory.
Fun!
On one of your videos, you mentioned the impact point of group shifting to the side. I've never really paid attention to that until now. To you, is the shift to the side as much of an indicator as the impact points moving up or down?
Absolutely.
@@FClassJohn alright, great, thanks. I'm working on a 222 that barely has any noticeable vertical shift of impact points, but side to side is definitely noticeable.
What scope?
It's this one amzn.to/3zssSYX
@@FClassJohn Thanks!
That is still some great shooting. Understanding that you still have higher expectations but considering that you did have only one flag to help read the wind… still awesome
Thank you and yes, I was watching that paper too.
