    I have Pitta but at the same time, I am have allergic sneezing, whizzing etc. So consumption of anything cold like curds, coconut water, custard apple etc backfires. What would u suggest.

    Very good info. Doing moon pranayam is useful. In other videos ginger, cumin is considered cooling and good for pitta.

      I believe fresh ginger is better for pitta than dried, so that may be part of the confusion. But I think even fresh ginger should only be consumed in small amounts.

    7. I see so many of these issues in parallel with physical conditions caused by an underlying imbalance. Herbal extracts from planet ayurveda can be beneficial in management of diseases.

      don't eat as raw you can eat boiled carrots amd beets in moderate quantity

      Eat foods that help you, do moon pranayam which is very essential.

    I thought this session was informative at the same time I noticed one statement that was not correct. We worship God and God alone. God is the creator of the universe and everything is His creation. There are things created by God for our benefit and help to us survive effectively. Worship belongs to God, all creation worships the creator and not the creation.
