IMHO, aside from techniques, tactics also play a big role to create greater chance at winning. In this case, the players launch a delay tactic by creating a disturbance to get the opponents out of the rhythm. It’s the umpire’s verdicts to decide whether their actions are allowed or not. And unfortunately, it’s the opponents’ lost when the disturbances do get to them.

Yes, delay/service tactics is part of the game. Is it un-sportsman-like? debatable. The service rules have a grey area so the players are going to exploit it. Is it ok to abuse it? No, or else the ump would just let it go instead of giving a yellow card. Players in any game/sport would ALWAYS abuse or push the boundary to have an easier win by any means necessary until the rules change to prevent it. Like screaming in badminton, flopping in football or basketball, screaming in tennis, etc. It is perfectly normal. It is also perfectly normal to not like these actions as it seems like it is not achieved through skill or hardwork, but some type of cheat or "mental edge/warfare" or dirty play, but that is a subjective and personal opinion. As long as the rules are what they are, there will always be players using these "tactics" or exploits. You either love it, hate it or learn to live with it.
