    Your morning routine is pretty cool lol my morning routine is i work FT M-F 6-2:30 pm . Saturdays is my “Deep-cleaning day” , right now as I’m typing this I’m home in the couch laying down, because I decided to take the week off. Tomorrow is my egg retrieval at 9 am and since yesterday I started feeling super bloated and back pain due to having so many follicles in there 😑 they told me at my drs that fresh transfer will not happen because I’m at risk of OHSS 🙁 and so they will freeze any embryos we get and do it another cycle once my ovaries and uterus is back to normal. So will see how my egg retrieval goes and recovery ugh I’m so scared of egg retrieval! I’m glad your doing really good in your pregnancy 🤰 so excited to meet your baby 😚

      Marry Sunshine I do deep cleaning on Saturdays too! 🙌🏼 I’m glad you’re taking some time off! Don’t stress too much about the egg retrieval! It’ll be a breeze. 😘 Just focus on taking care of yourself right now and after because you’ll probably be bloated after egg retrieval as well. At least that was my experience. Prayers for you sister!     hi i like your morning routine i am going to have frozen embryo tranfer next month and i want to know if you can tell more about eating before 1 month for preparing for implatatiin and I also what to eat aftr transfer

      I’m actually planning on filming a video about this very soon since I get asked a lot! But I didn’t really do much different. I tried to make sure I ate lots of greens and good fats and that’s about it.

    My mornings start very, very early; I get up at 4:00 am! I “retired” in 2013 on a medical disability because of a hip surgery that resulted in constant pain and being unable to sit or stand for very long at a time, so at 54 years old my working days were done. It really sucked because I wasn’t ready for it and I loved what I did (I was a Legal Assistant for over 20 yrs). It’s just been the last couple years that I’ve gotten used to the change and quit feeling like I was supposed to be somewhere at about 8:00 am!! So the reason I’m up so early is because my body hurts & I can’t sleep anymore! I started sewing last year out of desperation for something to do, so around 9:00 in the morning I start working on my latest project, after I get myself ready for the day. I can’t function if I’m not dressed with my makeup on & my hair fixed! Old habits die hard 😆 When I saw pregnant gals on YT wearing Gownies (those pretty hospital gowns & matching pillowcases) during labor & delivery, I thought “I wish they would have had those when I was having babies”, and then I thought “I bet I could make those!”, so now I’m making darling hospital gowns for pregnant moms with a matching pillowcase. They are so fun to make! I don’t really know what to do with them other than to donate them to a local pregnancy crisis center. I’m on the 6th set (gown & pillowcase) and I’m getting better with each one & having a ball! Thank you for sharing your routine with us Chelsea; I loved seeing you give Poe hugs before you left for work, he’s so cute! ❤️

      Wendy Mathews that is super early! I’m sorry you’re not sleeping well! That’s is so frustrating. You should totally start a business selling those gownies! 😍 I’ve looked into buying one cause I love the idea of them but I haven’t found a pattern I like yet. You could maybe offer different patterns and that’d really set you a part! I’d love to buy one from you instead of the other companies!

    What brand of protein powder do you use? I'm in the market for a good brand to use while pregnant. Also have a dairy allergy.

      I just use Vital Proteins collagen powder. It’s tasteless and dairy free. I get the big tub from Costco🙌🏼
