Kagura Bachi may be the best piece of fiction in all of history. from its story to the characters, everything in Kagura Bachi can be seen as literal perfection. Ah yes, what a great rule. Don't read a manga until it's after 10 chapters in case it gets cancelled. Which with enough people doing just causes good manga to get cancelled.
I saw the authors previous one shot is pretty similar with pacts with demons to use magic and it looks continued here. I'll probably read it eventually, but in my older age I'd love to see a manga who's Mc is an old person's dealing with a chaotic violent world as the strongest person. Like a story more focused on philosophy vs power. I know Vineland, Vagabond, berserk, etc kajiu8 but neither of them are quite that.

I'm definitely enjoying both of the chapters too 👌🏾 I like how they threw in a 3 year time skip right off the bat and the art style is just so damn clean. "Mutton Chops" are the inverse of the Goatee; you shave off all the hair around your mouth and chin while leaving your cheek and jaw hair. When the Moustache and Mutton Chops connect, that's the Burnsides.

Pretty sure every time a chapter 1 of a new manga is featured on the cover of Shonen Jump, it rates first for that week. Its also the first thing that appears in the magazine. This hype around one chapter of a new manga isn't new. so the rankings of this manga are 1, 6, 10, 8, 10, 5, 11. average rating 7.3.
And on top of that kazui(Ichigo's son) does have an ability to manifest 2 fish like Unohana's shikai tho idk about that, but it definitely reminds me of Bleach, lol this is going to be one amazing series.
Guns were introduced to Japan by Portuguese who shipwrecked in the 1500s, the then started producing flintlock inspired pistols and rifles in 1570s-1580s Guns were used long before ww1 in Japan lol
I don't know why you need a title. It like this. You don't need to discredit something else to prop. Something else up. They're both good on their own merits. But we get it. You you need your clickbait views. Otherwise you can make money.

As someone who is only on one social media platform, Facebook. I haven't heard about this anime but ill definitely check it out. It doesn't sound unique but i does sound interesting.
My favorite part about this all is Japan being oblivious to the joke and not understanding whats going on. Reminds me of all the Fort Night messages in Elden Ring that boggled them at the time too.
There’s a lot of over hyping and I’m not sure if the pacing falls under rushing or trimming fat categories. It’s still pretty interesting and I’m excited for more ❤🎉😊
It’s just now occurring to me that, since the katana magic has goldfish in it, this might be a “kill something with your sword to cool the blade in their blood and make the sword magically powerful” thing, so logically the way to make the Most Powerful Sword would be to do an Azor Ahai amd stab your girlfriend
the story might be like some bad villain or something like that came to chihiro and his father's house for swords but his father refuse to give the villain so the villain kills the father and chihiro got the scare due to this fight and after killing the father the villain takes all the important swords present at their home expect the one chihiro has right now, and the villain has all the swords or sell the sword in black market as such. And now chihiro is going to find and kill the villain and also find the swords that they took as its wordsmiths responsibility too. Some thing like this
I kinda hate to admit that it's good and potentially much more charming that I give it credit for, but its really hard getting over the romanticization of katanas and how edgy a lot of it is

I ain't reading all that
Damn that happened sorry for your loss
Damn that happened that's cool, happy for you
Ah yes, what a great rule. Don't read a manga until it's after 10 chapters in case it gets cancelled. Which with enough people doing just causes good manga to get cancelled.
thats just his guide to determining the quality of manga obv its flawed but that doesnt mean you have to follow it
Enough time has passed.
This dude should have much more subs, I love you’re vids!
I like to imagine your head shakes around like that even when having a normal conversation with someone
my Instagram feed was full of the first chapter, but your videos is the reason I read the first chapter
It changed my life . Truly exceptional animation
Where can I watch it ?
@@quanthedon498on the Kagurabachi app
I saw the authors previous one shot is pretty similar with pacts with demons to use magic and it looks continued here. I'll probably read it eventually, but in my older age I'd love to see a manga who's Mc is an old person's dealing with a chaotic violent world as the strongest person. Like a story more focused on philosophy vs power. I know Vineland, Vagabond, berserk, etc kajiu8 but neither of them are quite that.
Honestly I’m so happy kagura bachi finally released season 12 of the anime, it was my entire childhood
first time coming here. I'm an Anime fiend. I found your spot to be funny, informative and cool. It is very conducive to my weed consumption. Good work dude
Nc hammer has some crazy unpopular opinions he’s the gen z representative
i have a feeling this is gonna be the "morbuis" of manga
Honestly saw it as a new manga on the app and went ‘sure why not, I have 20 minutes.’ and was not at all disappointed. I’ll definitely be checking chapter 2 out tomorrow.
Edit: After reading the next chapter, still thoroughly engaged and interested in seeing what happens next.
I'm definitely enjoying both of the chapters too 👌🏾 I like how they threw in a 3 year time skip right off the bat and the art style is just so damn clean. The last few panels when he was sitting in the window sill had so much detail in the environment and the pacing was perfect looking in the reflection and having Mr. Shiba tell em there's a sighting of an enchanted blade is crispy af
Little correction, guns have been in japan since the mongol invasions. Oda nobunaga loved guns and made a majority of his army gunman. Its semi automatic weapons that japan didnt see till ww1
Bro I just read manga for the first time like iv never actually stopped life to read I hate reading but chapter 2 came out and I already can't wait for chapter 3 shit is so amazing I hope you do more videos on it and I hope you can get more into this masterpiece omg it's amazing
Just for the record, they did have matchlocks and stuff during the sengoku era in the late 1500s
Each word of this video was well thought out..
I love that you brought up the fact that Advanced sword Breathing technique Scitegata (butchering the spelling) is not a new sword concept nor exclusive to Demon Slayer. Very solid video Ham🤙
Side note: Most highly skilled samurai know about this..
It is the hype. "I start the morning with fresh hatred"😂
Very thankful for an actual analysis of the manga instead of just a copy and paste morbius meme like most of the other videos ive found talking about it
It's 10 chapters in, and I'd say kagurabachi is unironically quite good.
10:24 I've always called that facial hair the "Burnsides," after General Ambrose Burnside of the American Union who had the SUPREME form of this beard-style. "Mutton Chops" are the inverse of the Goatee; you shave off all the hair around your mouth and chin while leaving your cheek and jaw hair. When the Moustache and Mutton Chops connect, that's the Burnsides.
I loved watching this back in 1995
The good ol days
Thanks for explaining everything I’ve read it but I didn’t notice a bit of that
CAN WE JUST GET ONE BLUELOCK VIDEO PLEASEEEEEEE
All this video made me realize is that not enough people appreciate undead unluck! I love that story and keep up with it weekly! Please give it a try! 😭
Hey Nick! I knew about your manga rule because I watch the podcast!! It's amazing! keep up the great work!
Just finished the Kagurabachi anime and I gotta say that it was VERY well done. Best animated series I've seen since OG chalkzone.
this Formulaic Manga is what we Need for a Little Nostalgia of Old School Shounen with a Modern Touch!
Enough time has passed, number 2 on mangaplus :DD.
And on top of that kazui(Ichigo's son) does have an ability to manifest 2 fish like Unohana's shikai tho idk about that, but it definitely reminds me of Bleach, lol this is going to be one amazing series.
i loved when kagura bachi came out on radio in 1947
Guns were introduced to Japan by Portuguese who shipwrecked in the 1500s, the then started producing flintlock inspired pistols and rifles in 1570s-1580s
Guns were used long before ww1 in Japan lol
I loved that this entire 25:27 video didn't discuss any SNoruto. We are blessed with Kagurabachi
my favourite line is "I am The Kagura Bachi". Its so good bro 😭
Bro I don't know how I did not even hear about this till yesterday
I don't know why you need a title. It like this. You don't need to discredit something else to prop. Something else up. They're both good on their own merits. But we get it. You you need your clickbait views. Otherwise you can make money.
Kaiju No. 8 Review please!
And more than likely Mappa will animate it lol.
Also doesn't the MC give Col. Mustang vibes?
Bro mad that fruadjo gone
Just read the first two chapters and really enjoyed them!! I loved your analysis and am excited to subscribe to your channel! The background on the sword style was super cool. Can't wait to see where this story goes!
As someone who is only on one social media platform, Facebook. I haven't heard about this anime but ill definitely check it out. It doesn't sound unique but i does sound interesting.
Nahhh the coldest line I have ever read "do I look sane to you?"
Lets not get ahead of ourselves here ....
My favorite part about this all is Japan being oblivious to the joke and not understanding whats going on. Reminds me of all the Fort Night messages in Elden Ring that boggled them at the time too.
To watch this anime is so pain cause so many deaths are there of my favourite character 😢 in jjk
Coming back to this video in 5 years will be awesome if it turns out flopping or not lol
Gokurakugai is so good man, love that manga
There’s a lot of over hyping and I’m not sure if the pacing falls under rushing or trimming fat categories. It’s still pretty interesting and I’m excited for more ❤🎉😊
Where can I watch it?
@@quanthedon498 I read it on Viz
Ay bro I appreciate the work you put in these vids for the anime/manga crowd. #Respect
This was the first time I've heard someone else mention Undead Unluck and I want more!!!
You're going to be reading wild strawberry in a few weeks.
the story might be like some bad villain or something like that came to chihiro and his father's house for swords but his father refuse to give the villain so the villain kills the father and chihiro got the scare due to this fight and after killing the father the villain takes all the important swords present at their home expect the one chihiro has right now, and the villain has all the swords or sell the sword in black market as such. And now chihiro is going to find and kill the villain and also find the swords that they took as its wordsmiths responsibility too. Some thing like this
It's Kill Bill with a little bit of Demon Slayer.
Line hook and sink, never been baited to click a video so quick
Not going to lie to you, Nick, I would never want to live at the brocade but it does sound like an OK place to visit.
Literally just started reading this AM. Already beyond hooked lmao
I kinda hate to admit that it's good and potentially much more charming that I give it credit for, but its really hard getting over the romanticization of katanas and how edgy a lot of it is
🤓🤓🤓🤓
The last part of your comments confusing
@@Peecamarke I think im clearly implying that I don't like edgy revenge stories, nor katanas/stories revolving around the glorification of katanas
@@drayalgoThat doesn’t mean they HAVE to have katanas in almost every manga, he’s just stating that.
Swords always have edges.. oh edgy stories... my bad I need coffee lol.
Ok but where do I get your chain it's so dope
I was waiting for your take on this manga when I seen it come out
Video starts at 4:27
The eyes only showing panel gave me a Guts from Berserk vibe
Hype might ruin it for some people though. Expectations are a mf
Second chapter in 2 days baby. Lets go.
Bro when dude said: "Datte kimi, kagurabachi." I literally pissed my pants.
Kaido: who are you
Kagurabacbi: My name is monkey d kagurabachi and ill be the king of the pirates
He looks like if Roy mustang from full metal alchemist had a child. Literally
