All 3 salads look delish ,as usual ! Whenever I csee macaroni in a salad it reminds me of some years ago when I was preparing macaroni salad for a get together, didn't measure anything and was a little heavy handed with the mayonnaise. So just dumped everything back into the collander,rinsed ,patted dry with paper towels and forged ahead. Turned out fine. You won't tell will you ? Peace be with you. 🥰😉🥰

Hi Catherine!!! I like watching people chop things. I never heard of that Tomato/Cracker Salad. I would give that a try. The BLT Salad looks delish. I don't eat tuna...so I would never put that in a Salad . Anyways...I will be trying the other 2...Sure does look super yummy!!! Both the lettuce and croissants look delish...Nice Video!!!...🦋

Way to go Texassippian!😂 I can't wait to mix that tuna pasta salad. I love the Green peas and all the other ingredients so I may try two bowls: 1 with Tuna and 2nd with canned chicken! That's a meal with those eggs and perhaps some real bacon bits sprinkled over it. That will be a hit at my next neighbor's outside kitchen gathering in Foxworth, MS. 😅

Just a little tip for boiling eggs . Let the water come to boil before adding eggs this will make for easier peeling.

All of those are delicious!! Definitely summer worthy. Do you like crab? I make a crab salad sometimes that can go on anything? Can be real or imitation but it’s delicious. I’ve even turned seafood hater’s to like it. Thanks for the recipes again ❤ much love from Indiana

No need to cook the peas. I just mix them in frozen after the noodles have been rinsed with cold water. Cools it off nicely and the texture is better than cooked peas.

All of these look so scrumptious....cant wait to get my own home, so I can cook ( not cook) again.
Both recipes sound delicious and look very easy to put together. I'm allergic to raw onion so I'd have to leave that out of both recipes. I'd also use canned chicken. Easier than cooking it or picking it off of a rotisserie chicken. Precooked bacon would be good heated in the microwave to the desired crispiness. Anything to save heating up the house by turning on the stove or oven.
That looks nice and refreshing but yummy. And the best part is. Your not heating the house up!! My A/C still not working. So I am all in for this❤❤

I love fruit in chicken salad!! And red onion!! I made one with avocado instead of mayo in it. I tasted it and didn’t like it without the mayo so I added some and some sour cream and it was delicious!! I found the recipe on All Recipes. It’s got shallot in it too!! I love trying different chicken salads!!! Thank you dear Catherine!!!!

The BLT salad looks delicious my husband doesn’t like grapes, so I think I’ll leave those out and try substituting avocado 😊
I agree, Chopping is all part of the process.. the only I don’t like watching, is when people use the sharp side of the blade to scrape the chopping board.. it’s my own personal pet peeve.. 😅

All of it looks good. I would have to change a few things because I have a hard time eating certain raw vegetables and so does my daughter. We have a hard time with raw onions, peppers, celery and garlic. Other than that it does look great

I grew up in south Louisiana and Cracker Salad was never on our menus. In the last couple of days I've seen at least 3 vids preparing this dish. Does it keep for leftovers, or is it just a blob of goo (no offense) the next day? Tuna pasta salad was never a thing in our house, either, but your version looks really good! Keeping a list of ingredients for this one to make in the future. Also loved your chicken bacon salad -- I could eat that one out of the bowl! Love watching your cooking videos!
On the cracker salad if you'll be keeping some then just add the crackers to the individual servings and you will be fine.

When using gluten free pasta, don’t rinse. With cold water. Let it cool naturally and the pasta will remain soft.

I think part of the reason why people don't like to watch people chop vegetables is because it becomes repetitious. Once I've seen someone chop an onion 347 times, I really don't need to see it again. I have the same problem with making dough. I watch the video because the recipe is new to me but the dough making part is boring.
True, but you can always fast forward through that part.
Or don't use any grape's, don't like it.
Your chopping knife might appear large to some of us not so good choppers plus our knives are harder to chop with being rather dull,so just concerned for yout well being.Feel flattered ! 🌹🫶❤️
