200 g carrots (7 oz)
200 g parsley root (7 oz)
1 onion
6 tbsp chickpea flour
2 tbsp rice flour, light
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 tbsp curry powder
½ tsp chili powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
For the dressing:
100 g cucumber (3.5 oz)
½ red onion
100 g coconut yogurt (3.5 oz)
lemon
Lemon thyme
To fry:
Coconut fat

No doubt it is delicious! Sadly, it is difficult to get parsley root, celery root or fennel in our small town. We need to choose the day for a trip to the central market or some big hipermarket away from home. I feel it is time to grow these veggies at home! Anna, do you grow veggies yourself or buy them?

Bonjour, Toujours intéressée à vos recettes, je me permets de vous signaler que la traduction en français d'un produit n'est pas la bonne. En effet, je pense qu'il s'agit non pas de "racine de persil" mais de "PANAIS". C'est un légume qui revient sur les marchés et qui est très doux. Je vais tester votre recette. Merci.
