It's contest time!
Within the video, every background character is from a different source, save for Dr. Coomer, Bubby, Darnold, G Man, Tommy and Gordon (and ONE Original Character).

I know two people from this, the others seem familiar tho. Bernard or whatever his name is, from Megamind, and that one SCP dude who can't be killed. Also Barney from the original Half Life at the first part.

I love Benrey's reactions to everything like he's in Disneyland when it's just a sketchy lab. G-man being concerned in the background. Benrey enjoying the warmth of the radiation. Benrey interacting with the characters like a weirdo security. Benrey using Gordon's arms like he's Rose in Titanic. Benrey spewing blue balls because he's so happy. Poor Gordon, he has to end up with this maniacal guard.
i love the idea that HLVRAI is the way it is because Benrey stole Barneys coding and model

Listening to the commentary episodes I couldn't stop smiling cus Scorpy (dunno Scorpi) was actually wondering around thinking ooo what's this cus he doesn't know anything about the half life maps.
The radiation joke was the best.
I love that this shows Benrey being amazed by everything in Black Mesa because Scorpy (Benrey’s actor) had a lot of moments where he was just reacting to the setting since he never played half life. Benrey being amazed by the setting is extremely in character

I like how heavily this implies that Benrey is not only completely not human (with his sharp teeth, and three sharp fingers instead of five) but also that Benrey learned all of Black Mesa's rules and regulations, and also got a full passport just before the events of HLVRAI, as well as getting to know all of the Black Mesa staff personally

I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOVE THE IDEA OF THIS
Benrey being so different, so godly and basically NOT a natural part of this virtual world that he's fascinated by what it brings because he's literally like... an eldritch god, is so good.
And then his happiness and wonder grows and grows when he starts to hang around Gordan and the rest of his crew because he feels included and has something to do, it's great!
Well done on this, it's very underrated!

A year late but oh my gosh I cannot put into words how much I adore this. The concept, the drawings, the details, the animation, it's all so GOOD. I've watched this so many times, it's so fun to watch! I just love the idea of Benrey being an alien that took Barney's place and is now absolutely enraptured by Black Mesa. Absolutely incredible job!

thanks! we actually didn't have the breathing at first, and the scene was super static and boring without it. it was a bit of an improvisation (a real "let's see if this works" moment) but it ended up complementing the scene really well in the end

THANK YOU! FINALLY! Those two scientists are, in fact, Sam and I determining the current location of D.B. Cooper. And boy am I ready to share my findings. Welcome to the thesis to end all theses. A conspiracy to rival that of any other - the day of JFK's assassination is but a bygone era, incapable of holding a candle to this. Welcome to my magnum opus:
Dutch Bros Coffee is a conspiracy to cover up the hijacking of Northwest Orient Airlines flight 305, destination SEATAC out of PDX.
First, let us consider the striking similarities between Dutch Bros Coffee, popular beverage vendor of the Pacific Northwest, and D.B. Cooper (aka, Dan Cooper). Dutch Bros Coffee = DBC. D.B. Cooper = DBC. Second is the uncanny resemblance between the "Dutch Mafia" mascot of Dutch Bros Coffee and Dan Cooper himself.
Not convincing enough? I have statistical evidence to back my hypothesis, as the proper scientist I am. Results yielded from a 69 way ANOVA test were as follows: 1000%, not even considering standard deviation!!! Confidence parameters were set at 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000001. Statistical jargon aside, this means that there is low variance between the two tested variables.
Okay, I get it. Maybe you're not a math person. Maybe you're a history buff. I've got an answer for you there as well. My foundation is solid and built on bedrock. Dutch Bros Coffee was founded in 1992 in Grants Pass, Oregon. Now, if you recall correctly, Dan Cooper jumped from the Boeing 272 in 1971 at approximately 10,000 feet AGL. It takes approximately 1 year to fall that far, which puts us at 1972. Because of minimal radar data, the exact location of Dan Cooper's dropsite is unknown, but can be roughly approximated to the Cougar, Washington area. It takes 10 years to take an Uber from Cougar, WA to Grants Pass OR.
From here, Dan Cooper met Dane Dutch bro, one of the founding "brothers" of Dutch Bros Coffee. I put brothers in quotes because there was no other brother. Travis Dutch Bro, is in fact, Dan Cooper. Here, they founded Dutch Bros Coffee as the ultimate cover-up of the hijacking. But if you're familiar with Dutch Bros, then you're probably familiar with the "Drink One for Dane" program, in which a certain amount of proceeds from Dutch Bros Coffee is donated to ALS research, because Dane Dutch Bro had succumbed to the disease. However, this is completely false, as Dan Cooper murdered Dane Dutch Bro because their names were too similar, and he could not risk being found out by the FBI. It is simply a cover.
Tldr; He's been right under our noses this whole time, literally.
