  • The plaintiff rented a room from the defendant. While living together, the plaintiff says the defendant scratched her vehicle, so she’s suing. The defendant insists she didn’t damage the vehicle. All she did was place an eviction notice on the plaintiff’s windshield.

      But, IMO, the plaintiff has mental health issues, more so than being ungrateful. I am empathic with my clients (mental health & substance abuse), but I would not do so in my home because that represents my peace.

      @kizzyrock 11 месяцев назад +15

      @sereneamani1713 I understand your point, and I don't disagree . My point is, as empaths, we usually want to help everyone, mental health or not. Sometimes, we must think from a logical rather than emotional stance.

      @sparkle.a2665 I totally understand!! It's a beautiful gift but we must use it accordingly. Sadly, we are rare. Most people are takers, and we are the complete opposite. The funny thing is , we are always blessed because of our hearts and the takers stay down on their face...Hence the reason they have to always come to us. Don't change your heart... just discern who you give it to ❤️
