The plaintiff says the defendant asked her for money to help pay for a trip he needed to take, but he has not paid her back. She also says she loaned him money to help pay for a down payment on a house. She’s suing for the cost of a flight, hotel room, and unpaid loans. He’s countersuing for the down payment on a car and car repairs.

The moment the drama with the other woman kicked off I would've packed my things and left and never looked back. Instead she chose to continue dealing with him. I do realize I may be an exception but, about 15 yrs ago I was very foolish with my finances and my credit was crappy. Had I not already had a car, I probably would've needed a co-sign to finance one. I got a pretty sizable inheritance (not 15mil) which included some land. So I can see the plausibility in his story.
At some people people have to start taking accountability for their own actions. When you give up money Fifty Eleven times at some point you have to charge it to the game.

I would never screw someone over who helped me. I guess I am sensitive because some family has taken advantage of our generosity. Many have lived with us. We never asked for rent so they could save and get their own. None followed the few rules we had. We have loaned money too.
Judge wasn’t fair. He has no evidence his payments weren’t late. If his payments were late she had a right to take the car back since it would affect her credit. It’s was her car, he was just driving it. She has a right to stop that whenever she wants.

I am yet to understand why people think they know someone by talking to them on the phone and NEVER spending considerable in person time with them. She needed a contract.for vehicle and the conditions of it before repo. She also needed one for the loan of the land with a end date Bec a person could oh I'm still trying to sell the.property and it can go on .
