Tiramisu flavored soufflé glacé

I made a soufflé-shaped ice cream, a soufflé glace.

・100g Mascarpone
・200ml Heavy cream
・2 egg whites
・75g Sugar
・25ml Water
・3g(1tbsp) Instant coffee
・15ml (1tbsp) Rum *can be substituted with water
・Cocoa powder
✤ 8 hours or more in the freezer
