Hi guys, what wiring did you carry out for the HikVision Doorstation to gate controller? ive setup NO + COM directly to gate controller but it isnt 'talking', giving command to open the gate. Im confused :) TIA

Depends what your connecting it to. Sounds like you havent got your connections right at the motor. On the Hikvision intercoms there are 2 relays. there are also some alarm inputs so make sure your using the right ones. But You need be to using a NO Terminal and a Common on the board of your gate to the Opening terminal on the gate. So Depends the model but id be expecting to see a PP,AP or something like that or on a CAME i believe its 2 and 7.

You also need to configure your lock outputs via web browser on the door unit.

Whoever installed this made possible to open the car gate with the Hikvision application, however if the intercom reboots (no AC powerer or whatever) the gate opens by itself and stays open. The second issue is that when I press the button to close the gate from the hikvision app, the gate barely moves a few centimeters and then it opens back. After serveral tries, it closes.
The gate is configured as Ouput2 Electric lock. Is it possible to assit me remotely into fixing this issue?

sounds like you have it connected the wrong way around. Change the connections to your gate from NC terminal to NO terminals on the intercom. It could be that the internal settings have been changed as I believe you can swap the logic from NO to NC for locks after installation. so sounds like it could be that. Id suggest you default the door unit and check the wiring in the back. Its quite simple operation, Common from your board to Common of the intercom relay, NO terminal of each relay to either the open or close terminal of your gate. and the triggers will work. everything else aside from this user programming issues.

Thanks for your great job. Let me ask: I want to install an automatic gate that is integrated with CCTV and intercom, and can be operated remotely with smartphone in a residential home with several people living in it. Can each one of the residents operate the gate at their convenience using their individual phone?

Hi yes this is possible. Probably best to email us some more information to clarify info@charged.services
You can do this even in multi residential sites where each property has its own intercom receiver etc
