Im on console, so far for me the best pack has been the Aquatic pack. Aside from that im most looking forward to the Australia pack and the South America pack.

My Ranking would be simple. All are Tier A until there will be a pack with a Shoebillstork, pure AAA+++

watching this after i bought Europe and Conservation Pack few hours ago...

Watch other youtubers ranking and you will see that the ranking is completely different. It´s about own priorities and preferences so I wouldn´t be too concerned. Rudi Rennkamel ranks the Europe pack as the best you can get and I agree. I think it has the best building pieces, including bus and ferry spwaners. By the way: most of the packs have been 50% off just two weeks ago, so always wait for a sale and you can´t do that much wrong.
