The last few years I've really gotten into fragrances, particularly niche. My son is currently living in Northern Europe and I just visited him over Christmas. We had the best time in some of the shops there smelling all kinds of perfumes that I cannot easily get my nose on here. Another great one to check out - Laboratorio Olfattivo - Vanagloria. It's so great...a hyper-incensed vanilla, but not sweet or foodie. Totally addictive, and amazing longevity. A recent discovery for me, and definitely full bottle worthy!
Another one is Kerosene Sweetly Known. It’s cardamom, caramel, cacao pods, sugar, burnt match, and musk. The burnt match and musk notes give it a dark and edgy vibe in addition to the gourmand notes.

(it has been discontinue for years but Jo Malone brought it back as their archieve collection! it's available on their website.)
I would love a strawberry milkshake perfume. Like how Burberry Her Elixer smells in the opening, unfortunatley I dont find it keeps that nice opening smell.

Sorry but Rami by Define Me is AWFUL! I get zero gourmand. No fig, no cherry, no caramel, no almond like it claims. It’s a powdery, old lady smelling mess. I regret the blind buy.
