I'm still not sure how I should put the ear plugs I put it in my ear in a circle motion but it never seems to prevent the liquid from coming out. It does make the wax in my ear very soft that it comes out in tiny bits the second day I will notice ear wax that wasn't there before came to the front of my ear is this wax that was deep inside the ear coming to the surface?
Hi Kelly. Are you following the complete directions for applying the earplugs? As with all flanged style ear plugs, you must reach over the top of the head with the opposite hand and pull up on the top of the ear to straighten the canal, which allows for proper insertion of the earplugs. You can see this application process in our RUclips video, here...ruclips.net/video/wSraQyM8FPU/видео.html. As for your second question, yes, the solution softens and loosens excessive earwax, so that it can more easily exit the ear canal. This may happen while going about your normal daily routine or from rinsing with our Mack's® ear syringe after the four-day eardrop treatment. Swimming, showering/bathing, sports (particularly water sports) and even sleeping are activities that might also help the softened and loosened earwax exit the ear. I hope this information helps. Thanks for using Mack's® ProRinse Earwax Removal Aid!
the instruction is same as Debrox. do you know why my ears hurts because of earwax buildup inside? it hurts sometimes then its gone. after I used Debrox for the first time, I don't feel any hurts(maybe I didn't drop 5 to my affected ears) the second times was at night and it hurts and I don't hear any cracking sounds in my ears. in the morning my ears not hurts anymore. does this means the wax buildup up caused a pressure in my ears that makes it hurts?
Hi John hu. It is a bit difficult to determine the issue your are experiencing just based on your description. Also, every earwax situation is different. Earwax impaction can create some discomfort if it is pressing up against the eardrum, for instance. If the earwax is rubbing against the eardrum (and yes, it can move around depending on how you move or sleep) the rubbing can cause a scratching noise. The bubbling noise you hear after applying the ear drops is a good noise. That is the earwax removal aid fluid reacting with the earwax, trying to soften and loosen it from the lining of the ear canal so that it can more easily come out on it's own. If after applying the ear drops for 4 days, it feels like the earwax is still in the ear, you can then use one of our ear syringes to rinse out/flush the earwax from the ear canal. This usually does the trick. If that still doesn't work, you can try a second round of treatment. If that doesn't work, you might have an extreme case of earwax impaction that is best removed by an ear, nose and throat (ENT) doctor. Thanks.
Hi Carnationize. A "treatment" entails applying the solution one time per day for up to 4 days. After that, if you feel like the earwax hasn't worked itself free (and come out), you can use the ear syringe to help break it loose and give the ear a good rinse. Thanks for asking.
Hi Billz. Great question. I wouldn't call it "messing up". Ideally, you'd apply Mack's Earwax Removal Drops for 4 days and the wax would "naturally" come out while doing something like sleeping or bathing. Then, if you were still having issues or felt like you needed to flush any remaining earwax, you'd flush the ear with Mack's ear syringe. That said, some users like to flush after the first ear drop application. Some get fine results that way and others like to do the full 4-day treatment, which is our recommendation for best results. It depends on each persons situation and how often they treat their ears. If you are keeping a fairly steady regimen and don't have a lot of wax, you might get away with lighter, scheduled treatments. If your ears are heavily impacted with earwax, we'd definitely recommend a full treatment and then regular lighter treatments to help prevent those nasty impactions from recurring. Preventative maintenance is the best route with those who experience frequent or even occasional excess earwax issues. I hope this helps. Thanks, Billz!
I'm scared to use the drops because I'm afraid they will get stuck in my ear forever, is it possible for the drops to get stuck inside your ear canal or something, and never come out?
Forever is a mighty long time, Eddy. ; ) Per the directions, use the ear drops for 4 days and then use the syringe, if necessary, to rinse any remaining earwax and residual ear solution from the ear canal. They are very safe. Leaving an earwax impaction in your ear is much concerning than using an earwax removal aid to help resolve the excessive earwax issue. Thanks, Eddy.
Tap water is fine to use when flushing your ear canals. If you have further questions, please contact us at info@macksearplugs.com. Thanks for choosing Mack's®!
To anyone doubtful that this product works let me tell you that after a few tries two chunks of wax fell out of my ear and my hearing is even better than before.
Thanks for your interest in our products. The outside outside of the syringe can be cleaned with mild soap and water. The inside of my syringe has never needed cleaning but if you feel the need to clean your syringe, you could use some white vinegar and/or isopropyl alcohol (a 50-50 mixture). If you have further questions, please contact us at info@macksearplugs.com. Thanks!
Hi Asthywill. We offer Mack's moldable silicone putty earplugs in a kids size version. They are a hot orange color. Here in the USA, we offer them in a 6 pair and 15 pair pack online. The kids size earplugs are about 1/2 the size of this adult-sized version. If we can help further, please contact us at info@macksearplugs.com. Thanks!
Hi Brandon. Thanks for asking. I'm happy to clarify. Per the directions, you can use/apply the drops for up to four days if needed, or as directed by a doctor. Any earwax remaining after the 4-day treatment may be removed by gently rinsing the ear with body-temperature water, using the Bellow Syringe. Now if you are asking how you get the ear drops out during the four day treatment, you simply let them drain out naturally and use a tissue to absorb any excess ear drop fluid that is draining from your ear. The residual ear drop fluid that is inside of the ear canal will be working to soften and loosen any excessive earwax. Often, this treatment enough to work the earwax free and it will come out on it's own in the normal course of your daily activities, like bathing/showering, sleeping, sports, etc. If not, you can also use the syringe to help agitate and flush out the earwax after treatment. I hope this helps. Thanks, Brandon!
Yes, because so many users have trouble inserting earplugs correctly (according to directions), we have videos that show how to use all styles of our Mack's Earplugs. Here's the video for our Mack's AquaBlock Earplugs, like those that are included in our Pro Rinse Earwax Removal Kit. ruclips.net/video/b5K1mo_D2Tc/видео.html. If you have further questions, please contact us at info@macksearplugs.com. Thanks!
Hi Daniel. Hold the ear drops in your ears (with the earplugs) for several minutes each time you apply the ear drops. Use a tissue to dry up any ear drops that run from your ears after removing the earplugs. Ideally, you should apply the ear drops for 4 days. Any stubborn earwax that remains after the 4-day treatment can be rinsed away with the ear wash syringe. Thanks for asking., Daniel.
Hi Tom8181. Good question. The "5 to 10" drops we specify in the direction is approximate. If you don't have someone close by to apply and/or count the drops for you, just be sure that you apply enough solution so that you feel the ear drum get coated, plus a few extra drops to help coat the canal. You could also use a mirror. I hope this helps. Thanks!
Hello, Hotshot4Ce. Keep Mack's Wax Away Earwax Removal ear drops in your ears for several minutes for each treatment, per the instructions. You can do this for up to 4 days (4 treatments) or as directed by your doctor. After the 4 treaments, if earwax still remains in the ear, you can use Mack's Earwax ear syringe to help flush out any stubborn ear wax that remains in the ear canal. Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the video! How many times should I apply this to my ear per day? Just once, or twice (morning and night)?

if I messed up by not letting it set in my ear then immediately flushed it do I do it again or wait for the 2 time
