    I’m 52 and have been post menopausal for almost 2 years. I’m so glad I found you when I did! I’ve always exercised, but before I found you, I was starting not to care anymore. I’m watching your tutorials in order (currently on #42), and feel a renewed hope in my menopause my way! P.s., I adore your clothing style! I’ve had pink hair since 2009 and plan to add more pink to it when I find more gray hairs😂 Wishing you the best of everything, with love from the Crazy Pink Haired Lady from Iowa!

    Thank you , doctor Taylor, for this video. I was doing yoga since I was 20 , I am not that fantastic , but it helped me in life a great deal...probably one year before menopause I stopped , we had poor heating system in the house ., then I was struck down with menopause symptoms , put a lot of weight , noticed collagene loss ,after 1 year, etc..I concluded that I cannot do yoga again... , until this day ! You proved to me , that not only men can continue with positions , that you selected , but also women ! You basicly answered all of my -yoga future- questions , now I see it is possible...I thank you so much...now after I will get rid of this abnormal kilograms of fat I never had before , I could start with asanas again ! I cannot believe this..I was thinking I could not do this anymore..THANK YOU ❤❤❤🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💐🌷🌹⚘

    I hate asking this, but why do you always look greasy or shiny? I'm not asking in a mean way, just curious.:)

      It's because I put Vaseline on my face. I don't wear makeup because I hate the way it feels. But I do wear Vaseline because I love the way it feels. I know; I'm weird.

      Just do what your body can do without ever injuring yourself.

    About a year and a half ago, my PCP sent me to PT for hip pain. It was so bad that I could hardly walk. Twice each week, I lifted weights and walked in the pool. My hips still hurt but I can now walk without limping or dragging my leg. I graduated from PT and began to work out in a pool daily. I also worked on walking. I can comfortably go for 2 miles now. Now I find water aerobics too easy. I have started working on the floor twice a week, swimming twice a week and walking twice a week. Each session of classes provides 30 minutes of aerobics and 30 minutes of strengthening. I have lost 40 lbs. I have more energy and feel much better. So I would say start slow and move up. I need to add that I cannot do inversion excersize because I also have glaucoma.

    I rehabed my Knee Spinning to Ride The Rhythm Class With My Hero Kelly at EŌS!!!!! No standing for rehab and not too much Resistance but it WORKED!!

    Dr. Taylor you are an amazing person. I love that you are so comfortable being YOU and your unconventional lifestyle. I consider myself to be unconventional as well. Who cares what everyone else is doing. We all have to follow our own paths and respect what each of our bodies can and can't do. You find joy in the simple things just like myself. We share some things in common as introverts, endo sisters, healthcare workers, vegans etc. Thank you for making these videos and educating us about women's health topics and how to better take care of ourselves.       You are ever so kind. Thank you. You will supersede me. I started yoga in 2001, when I was diagnosed with a very severe form of arthritis and my prognosis was that I would be an invalid in a wheelchair. So far, I've avoided that. I'll keep doing yoga for as long as I can.

    LOL if i did spin class or elliptical with my new fave music, Rammstein (liked their sounds since 1996) I'd be exhausted after two songs. Their music is intense to say the least....

      I'm so sorry about your migraines. my dear. But I am not standing on my head. The arthritis in my neck is way to severe for that. I'm standing on my forearms.

    Thank you for reminding me to stretch. I am naturally flexible, so mostly I don't bother but I should. Your twists might be too complex to figure out on my own but tthey are certainly cool!
