Me personally. My go to bait is cow tongue. If I can’t find that. It’s beef melt. Crawfish ain’t picky eaters, you can use any type of meat.

Always used liver wired to a dip net. They hung on all the way up to the top of the bridge I fished from

i know this is a slightly late comment but do you breed your crawfish or do you just catch them and stock them in the pond until eating time
I just caught them to put in the pond. Kind of just a little experiment.
