    Looks yummy. This is one of my fave dishes. My question is. Can you freeze the prepped stuffed tofu? I plan to make a large batch.

    • @spicenpans
      @spicenpans  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hi Mick. Sorry for our late reply. Yes you can freeze the tofu. It’s best if you pan fry them before freezing so that you can handle them more easily later. Hope this helps. Happy cooking!

      Hi James. Thanks so much. Haha that’s not our own school. How I wish it is. We’re collaborating with Pots and Pans to create a course focusing on spice n pans recipes. Their school is located in Centrepoint Singapore along orchard road.

    I have never had tofu and not sure what to expect. Does it have a flavor of its own or does it just assume other flavors it comes into contact with?

    • @spicenpans
      @spicenpans  9 месяцев назад

      Tofu has very light flavour and it mostly assumes other flavours

    Can I use fish sauce instead of fish paste.

    • @spicenpans
      @spicenpans  10 месяцев назад

      Hihi Miranda. Fish sauce is different from fish paste. No worries. If you can get fish paste, you can omit them altogether. Just make it a pure meat filling. Hope this helps.

    Please try to pronounce "flour" properly, it's not "flah" but more like "flower".

    • @Yenyen-zm7xy
      @Yenyen-zm7xy 9 месяцев назад

      Most of Singaporean pronounce flour as what you called “ flah.” “ flower “ is the American way of pronouncing flour. Both ways are correct, none are incorrect. Either you prefer British English or American English. Choice is yours.

      @@Yenyen-zm7xy Do yourself a favour and google how flour is pronounced in British English.
