We're always looking at special supplements, remedies and herbs. But the most basic of all foods, the humble egg can offer some of the most health benefits by simply eating them consistently everyday. I challenge anyone here to ditch the breakfast cereals and switch to 3-4 eggs for 1 month. You will feel so much better. Be sure to come back and drop a comment on your experience... And make sure to use "PASTURE RAISED" eggs not "PASTEURIZED". All the best, Ryan & Hannah. 💚

Yes absolutely. If someone is not sure what to have for breakfast that will carry them through the day, the egg is definitely the best choice. My son works out and eggs are his source of good protein besides meat.

The change I made from high carb breakfast with cereals to a high protein breakfast with 4 eggs was the single best nutritional change I have ever made it my life,,, lost so much fat weight. Gained lots more muscle. felt full right through to lunch so ate less total calories. Eggs really are a super food.

I can't eat runny eggs as i have a weakened immune system so it gives me food poisoning when they are runny. Hard boiled are fine for me so i use them on salads and love them.

3 - 4 eggs a day seems excessive. Eggs are my favourite food, and for many years I've eaten a soft boiled egg every day. I'm a great believer in the health benefits of eggs. They're just perfect. Pure, natural, and delicious! 🐔🥚😋
I also eat a lot of carrots 🥕 and take a Lutein supplement. However, I'm disappointed that at almost 62, I've developed floaters and flashing in both eyes!
Eggs have done NOTHING for my hair! ... I said goodbye to that, over 30 years ago! 🤣
It's interesting to hear that eggs can boost immunity, because I've not had a cold or flu for DECADES, and I'm unvaccinated against COVID, and as far as I know, I've not had it. It's fantastic to think that something I love, may have such a positive health benefit?

@@panagiotischristo It's funny you should say that, because I'm probably NOT as positive as you might think! ... However, I do believe it's important to strive to be as positive as possible, because people like positivity. Nobody likes a moaner! I'm working on my positivity, and I thank you for your kind good wishes, which I gladly reciprocate!

I feel great and wasn’t exhausted after mowing my yard even though the temperature has been extremely high in FL. I keep hydrated throughout the day too. Also while taking many supplements you have recommended over quite some time:). Thank you, Ryan and Hannah👍👍😊🤗

No bread. The bread undoes the qualities of the eggs. Eat eggs with homemade mayonnaise and mashed avocado, perhaps some good quality bacon or grass fed sausages. Or as a French omelette, no flour. 💚
