The man did so much hard work on this car to bring it back to life. He's turned it back into a beautiful masterpiece of Plymouth automotive history. The add-ons just made it even more unique.Spectacular work!

Beautiful car your hard work and passion come through on this build. Furys are very underrated my dad had a 64-69-77 Plymouth sports Fury wagons the 64 was my favorite with a push-button transmission 383 and the 69 was a 440. I have a 70 Charger with a rare gator grain roof 440 hopped up to 750 hp and 456 rear gears 11 second quarter mile car. I still have it but can not afford another restoration but will do it before I croak hopefully lol. Mom and Dad are from London originally. My mom was a war bride and my dad came over when he was 6 to Canada. We still have family in England and Scotland.

In 1988 I bought a 1970 Sport Fury with the high performance 383 4bbl..That car beat every 5.0 Mustang and new Camaro on the street! Even beat Grand National x2..I raced 396 Chevelle's,429 Fords and beat them! Car was 100% original 120,000 original miles..Drove it to 230,000 miles and the odometer shown 30,000...as 5 digit odometer...
I sold it in 1997 and It was on a dealers lot saying 30,000 original miles, that's what they always did and do now lie about the miles...My Fury was like new and still had power! Sold it to fund my 69 Charger.
I had the factory trailer package and 3.55 gears, that made it a super muscle car! B-7 blue with B-7 blue interior, rallye wheels I miss it!! I have a few c bodies and a pair of old Charger's including the 69 still..Oh well.

Cheers from the USA Beautyfull car and excellent Craftsmanship, yes C bodies are hard to find, there is a 71 here in the US super rare Hemi factory equipped,A 1 of 1 production ,I,m assuming thats not a Mopar Color Code
    I own 3 Mopars (70 Charger 71 Roadrunner 72 Challenger)
Side note Parts can be found under For C Bodies only on Google
    Cheers Mike from Chicagoland

That is one great looking Plymouth, awesome! In 1982 I had one exactly like that, only had 30,000 miles & was the same red/black color combo with black top but mine was a 1973 that I bought from my grandfather on his used car lot for $300, he was a MOPAR salesman from 1946-1979! Mine had the 360 4bbl & I put BFG white letter tires on Cragar mags & true dual exhaust with glass packs, I only got to enjoy it for a year before a drunk driver Tboned the passenger door & totaled it! ✌💖☮

Impressive to do here in the states and even more impressive to do it in a foreign country. The red colour & black top work very well with each other. Love how the rear and the front ends blend so well. Good job!

The small block V-8 must have been an export only option on this car. Although the base trim level Dodge and Plymouth C-body cars could be had with a 3.7 l (225 CID) "slant six"as well as the small block V-8, a higher trim like this Sport Fury would have been equipped with a big block here in North America.
Nice job with the restoration. Interior and body work looks really good.

We had the equivalent model chrysler Town and country (estate) station wagon in the mid 1970s. It was enormous even by US standards! In the UK, that Fury must be a white knuckle experience on some country lanes and even in a lot of cities!
We get some British classics here, even some rhd minis, MGs, etc, but seeing an old Rover or Ford Granada, or a sierra would really make my day!

Well done. The 70, and 71 Sport Fury's are the best looking large "C" body Chryslers ever made. Also, I once used vinyl paint to change a non matching dash in an old Mercury Capri match the black interior. It came out beautifully! You'd never know it was painted if I didn't tell you. Good to see someone else have success with same budget friendly technique. Love your Plymouth.

The 400 is a great engine that has a stronger block that other big-block Chrysler wedge engines. It also has the biggest bore spacings of any Chrysler big-block. You can drop a 440 crank in a 400 and get 451 CID.

The C bodies are a nice looking body style that I have always liked. I watched a few videos by BBTR in Germany that have a meet ( all 69 - 73 C bodies ) every year in the Mosul region. Hopefully might make it to their show sometime in the future.

Okay, He said he pulled the 400 out of a Chrysler Cordoba. in 1988 I was stationed at RAF Chicksands and I sold a 1975 Chrysler Cordoba, Tan with a tan top to a Guy in the East Angelia area, I can't remember if it was Bedford or not. I can't imagine there are a lot of Chrysler Cordoba in England. When he said it was wrecked, I was sad. I remember putting The Catalytic converter back on it and driving to a place called Leighton Buzzard to get unleaded gas. I wonder if it was the same car?
