As a rugby player and a wrestler Im pretty confident Coach Cron has been to some wrestling trainings. These are basic drills for wrestling and definitely make sense for improving scrumaging as well as other aspects of the game of rugby
Same, I'm in Australia and we don't get these opportunities either
i wish we had these opportunities in canada
These drills are great but the boys I coach would all end up fighting with each other 😂
