Is it a nice state to live in? I like my neighborhoods to be friendly and safe. Cali has become a very cold detached place! No sense of neighborhood either.

There used to be but housing has gone up so much with investors coming in that we lost a lot of the affordability we used to have. You can still find it but it's not anywhere safe. Your talking row houses in rough neighborhoods or small homes in notorious neighborhoods people rap about in music. Personally I feel there are now better cities in Texas to move to if you're gonna spend the same money for a home. Places with better weather and nice neighborhoods that aren't a stones throw from bad ones like in Houston.

"the most expensive places in Houston" is the video that everyone seems to want to see. if you look at the view count, so I mentioned them at the end of the video. this video is one of the only videos that cover most of the areas in Houston. only the last 3 minutes should cover expensive areas. The first 7 mins should cover the entire greater Houston and the most affordable areas which are Channelview and Pasadena Texas.
