Ha ha There’s nothing wrong with doing it like that. That’s the way the Arabs do it. Just make sure he uses his left, so he can shake hands without sharing it with others, and that he takes off his shoes and faces Mecca, of course, whenever he prays to Allah.

They shouldn't have ANY EXPECTATIONS... He's a little guy it's great that he seems to enjoy it.. And they should encourage him.. But to me the passion & enjoyment is what matters let the wins fall where they fall...If it is meant fer him to have a racing career then it will happen.. Can't force things... Build confidence & encouragement.. And see maybe he grows with the sport or not.. Either way shouldn't matter as long as the little guy is happy & finds something he enjoy's doing....

Love the mom saying her and Kyle are both type A over achievers, what have you achieved besides marrying a successful nascar driver?
@matthhewrocha do you realizes there would not have been a Braxton if they hadn’t gone through invetro fertilization two times & how painful that is? Just to have a child she & Kyle went thru some agonizing times, not knowing if they would even conceive. She’s a college grad with a degree in psychology & I understand an author. She wasn’t a hang around the track to meet a rich guy. What she does to support childhood cancer is amazing. I’m NOT a Kyle fan, Jimmie Johnson was my driver. But I am a nurse who took care of many kids with cancer & back in the 70’s, that was terminal. Those were challenging times, coming back from vacation & having the names of 7 kids you cared for having died while you were gone, was horrible. I didn’t want and couldn’t have kids had I wanted, but at least 90% of my nursing was pediatrics (that working with kids in case you don’t understand), most of the kids I worked with never had a chance. But the work that Samantha & so many others do for childhood cancer has changed that, they bring in the money for the research, that gives the kids a chance to have a life, a chance they didn’t have 50 years ago.
So, go look in a mirror, what the hell have you done with your life? Don’t judge, least you be judged. That’s in the Bible, maybe you ought to look it up & see what else is in there, it’s a great book. Just sayin.

So sad when these "overachieving" parents use their children as extensions of themselves and try to groom them into becoming copies of themselves as soon as the kids can walk and talk. Five years old is way too young to start imposing a profession on a child.
