Hello Jachin, I didn't use a specific program, instead I used some google projects audio code to analyze and output the visualization. If you click the link in the comments, you'll notice that the browser can only handle showing you one stream at a time. The video above was captured independently 4 times and then merged and synced using final cut pro. If you are looking to set up your own browser based 3d spectrogram viewer I could send you some sample code, or point you in the way of some.
