i want to modify a sentence so it changes the tone of the last word from a transition, to end of sentence, i am doing some edits of speeches, trying to create new narratives for fun and for practice and i am struggling with this, since i get the perfect words, but the tone is off since they were taken from different parts of a speech. Would appreciate some help, thanks
Can't you just right click on the audio track tab and change track type to Mono? Is this different somehow?
Is there a method to trigger move transition on scene transition? Example: Transition to a scene, have some sources slide in? Is it something like assign it to the same hotkey as a scene transition and maybe add a starting delay?
thanks bro it works keep doing
How does the second video appeal process start? When I click on the second appeal, it directly goes to review. They did not allow me to add my 5 minutes of video, and I did not see an option to upload my video.
What about this Unfortunately, we found that your channel is not in line with the RUclips channel monetization policies so we cannot approve your application at this time. Don’t worry, nothing has changed for your channel. This just means you can’t monetize yet.
Thank you very much for sharing Timothy! That already helped a loooot. Unfortunately I am editing a stage play, with actors whoi are pretty silent and others who are pretty loud; plus the ambience, music tracks inbetween and and and... I am afraid I won't be able to adjust the overall audio to a level that would sound realy professional. I used a Sennheiser Boom connected to a Zoom F3. I am a hobbyist only and do all of my work for free and charity. 🙂 An is it correct that I only see one audio track in Fairlight? Thank you! 🙂
This tutorial is awesome! Hope to get more from you! Easy to follow and understand! Keep it up!

How can i appeal
Really helpful, thank you.
Thank you so much :)
This was very helpful and I love that the video wasn't super long. I get lost in longer videos.
Thanks ❤
can you feel the difference in audio
Thank you very much! Very useful instructions!
I deleted my videos does the appeal still valid?
Why would you normalize before adding effects? Aren't you losing dynamic range unnecessarily by doing so?
Normalizing doesn't change the dynamic range.
@@drtimv It does affect the dynamic range how much you can still add. If you normalize to -1dB, you only have 1dB of headroom for fx and mixing.
You're right about headroom, but the total dynamic range hasn't been altered, only gain has been applied equally through the normalization process. Once you use the compression after normalization, you're squeezing the peaks, which opens up the headroom again. That's where you apply the final gain in the compressor plugin to your preference. If after compression, you still plan to add effects which add any gain (additive EQ for example) you might run in to headroom issues but only if those are after the compressor in your signal chain (as it's also acting as a limiter). Normalizing at the beginning isn't required though, it's just a preference. I find that amateurs often record at questionably low signal levels and then struggle during the editing process not realizing how quiet their overall mix is. However, in summary, it does not affect the dynamic range.
Will I lose my channel or YPP if rejected?
Would this get my films close to how Hollywood films sound? I love the simplicity of the video.
thanks!

Your channel remains ineligible for monetization Our reviewers found that your appeal wasn't successful. You still have the opportunity to reapply for monetization. What should you do next? 1. Review the appeal feedback Reviewers provided this feedback about your appeal: Appeal didn't contain enough visual examples of your filming, editing, or creative process Our reviewers did not find enough information in your video appeal to confirm if you own the content or if you've made substantial changes to someone else's original work. Leam more 2. Review the initial feedback Reviewers found that your channel doesn't follow all of RUclips's monetization policies. Reused content Content is not clearly an original creation of this channel, and may have been repurposed from anoth 3. Edit your channel and reapply for monetization Make changes to your channel to address the initial feedback shown in step 2. Changes can include editing or deleting videos and updating video details. You can reapply starting November 22, 2024, as long as your channel meets the requirements. Leam more Reapply

HOW DO YOU ONLY VIEW VERTICAL ????
Cool man it's works. Thanks.
bro this is exactly what I've been looking for! you're a legend, thank you!
It would have been nice if you actually used an audio sample
@@henryposadas3309 the voice over was edited using the methodology demonstrated. I debated with making a before and after but opted for a shorter video overall.
Thank you very much. Just wanted a simple no fuss fix. This saved my video!
Thank you. I am working on a project and I have several moving pre existing dead pixels due to stabilization. How should I process the footage to clean dead pixels and stabilize the footage?
Wouldn't it look better if before stabilization you reduce the clip speed to say 80%? Or play with % depending on the clip.
OMG you just saved me so much footage!
Wish i had seen this first it didn't outline that on the phone iT just said submit a appeal video. Socks that I already submitted without the editing proof
this helped so much i just subbed
Great content i did appeal but didnt make it through now working in my channel content and watch hours again
my channel has not monetized. Notice as : "When you use music generated by Dream Track in a long-form video, your video won’t be monetized via ads or subscription (RUclips Premium) rev share." Please help so that I can reapply.
Cool going to try this! 😊
My problem is I can't get past the step 2 error for Google Adsense. Can I submit an appeal? I didn't see where I could.
I’m having the same problem! It’s so frustrating. Have you figured it out yet?
It was a mission to find where to submit it but finally did and wasn’t approved. Haven’t been monetized since July. Got monetized for 2 weeks and then they took it away. Can’t talk to anyone from RUclips or Google.
Editing the editing tutorial... Editception
Awesome Timothy! You're the best! 👍 Thanks..
Hi Timothy, you should continue doing tutorials for DAVINCI RESOLVE, I really like the way you teach, you sound very friendly and understandable, on other channels there some RUclipsRS who do not have a talent teaching like that, and the sound of your voice draws attention to learning, thank you so much! - I subscribed today!
Thanks for the feedback! Any topics in particular you'd like to see covered?
what happens if theres alot of noise in the audio and the high pass isnt helping at all? thanks
i found premieres/after effects subspace warp is the much more capable and versatile algorithm for most situations, it also takes about 20 times longer usually, but since actually editing something in adobe products is and absolute terrible slow and crash laden mess. you stabilize that in premiere and then export losless to a real editing software like davinci. in some cases you can even add davincis stabilizer to further stabilize for slight improvements.
This is hands down the best video tutorial on Da Vinci I have watched. Thank you!
Thanks 🙏
GREAT! THANK YOU A LOT!
Glad it helped!
thank you
You're welcome
why does my video slow down when I try to stabilize it?
Probably processing power is limited on your machine.
I made a mistake with it and did not get it back.
Bummer
Nice introduction to stabilization for complete beginners! However, given that the title includes "Like a PRO", I would have hoped for a few explanations on how the three different algorithms work, to build up actual understanding instead of just clicking buttons (like a PRO would do) 🙃
Fair enough - if you read the documentation on how the algorithms work you won't learn much about how they work with your specific footage, just how they approach. In the end, guess and check is the best way to approach it, or just re-shoot the footage. Hope this helps.
