You mentioned being able to have the dining plan even if you rent dvc points I like to rent points to have a villa because of the large size of my family. How do we add on the dining plan if we have rented the points?
So if we eat at topolinos for dinner one night, that’s 2 table service credits, does this also include a dessert? Or is a dessert considered a snack credit?
Yes. Many items you can use a snack credit on will be enough for a light breakfast or lunch. For instance, pastry items and breakfast sandwiches at bakeries often will be designated as available for snack credits. Additionally, the food items at Epcot festival booths are usually snack credit eligible.

We do not have confirmation on this, yet. But, that was an option in the past and we would wager it will be available to exchange one quick service credit for three snacks once the Dining Plan is available early next year. Our team will be trying it out and we will report back!
A solo trip provides for more flexibility. Many restaurants do have walk up availability, but that's not guaranteed. If there are restaurants that are important to you, I would try to make reservations before your trip.

You will need to have the member who made the reservation for you add the dining plan through member services.
We eat three meals a day. Why does the meal plan only have two?
