Some things to keep in mind: Africa is a continent of 54 countries and over 3,000 ethnicities. Africa was split into most of it’s countries known today due to colonialism(I.e. the Berlin Conference 1884-1885.) Descendants of the transatlantic slave trade’s ancestors were involuntarily brought to the “Americas” when the continent of Africa was not yet divided into countries. People of African descent know that they are of African descent, do not try to shame them for wanting to dig deeper into their own lineage. Again, this is a continent of thousands of cultural identities.
It’s safe to say your 100 percent human. I don’t think these dna tests make sense. Your ancestors probably never heard of the nations you mentioned. If it was accurate it would mention the people you belong to not the modern day border.

Its one thing I love about mixing genealogy with family trees/records, cus when you get these DNA tests its easy to see the the numbers provided and go "this is what makes up me" but when you pair it with some research into your family, suddenly those percentages have faces, names, and stories.
