To be honest the Sonic council is the most strongest group in the multiverse well one of the strongest apparently it's a group made of modern Sonic multiverse sonic boom Sonic movie Sonic and Scourge modern Sonic is the group's leader well before he got out of his freeway from fleetway Sonic was the main antagonist the entire episode basically he went on a rampage throughout the multiverse killing almost everyone in sight but he wasn't alone Rosie the rascal also joined in foot locker in the Sonic council to defeat both of them Rosie was locked up and Fleetway Sonic disappeared forever
