It’s really interesting to hear the person behind the voices, it’s really good to see and hear people doing jobs like this especially for people like me who are blind and visually impaired, but also for people who just love a friendly voice because most people these days are not very polite, so it’s always good to hear a friendly voice in the subways or the airport, these voice actors are doing a great service for us especially for people with special needs.

Pretty much all IND/BMT (B-Division) lines, except the A, C and F lines, and B-Division shuttles are voiced by that women. Some announcements on the IRT (A-Division) are done by her aswell. Oh, and it is actually Catherine Cowdery, not Carolyn Hopkins.
