Rosie, Rosie, Rosie. What a breath of fresh air you are to RUclips. I so admire your Optimism, Determination, your "Can Do" attitude, your simplicity of life but you show incredible abilities to overcome issues and deliver on your objectives. Young lady, you are a credit to yourself. Others can learn so much from your example. Well done. Oh and a very talented videographer, Editor and Narrator.

Hi, I live alone in northern Sweden and I've followed you from the start. At first I wondered why you didn't talk to Swedes about what was practical when it came to heating, building, clothing, etc. I'm glad I didn't write anything that could make you lose your incredible determination and admirable energy and creativity. What I admire most is your careful and precise way of planning, filming and carrying out the construction and your ability to tackle the work despite cold, adversity and probably days of discouragement/depression. Bravo Rosie, you are a true role model!

I can't imagine how much time it must take to set up drone shots like these. Schlepping for hours on a bike is bad enough without stopping halfway, unpacking a drone, setting up a program, starting it, jumping on the bike to get the shot, stop, land the drone, package everything up, and get back on the bike. Woof.

    • @wildrosie

For these two weeks as my sister slowly heads toward her end of life (she has a good husband, I'm an hour away alone in the woods, texting with her through the days) thanks to one of Rosie's fans I've been bingeing Martijn Doolaard's channel. From my point of view both of these creators are modeling creative introverts happy alone, making stuff. Fans often imagine romance arising in the plot line. As I often say to people, if I wanted to find a man, would I have moved here?

I think painting the little entry with so many doors all the same light color makes it feel bigger and more of an actual room....great decision. You can add your personality in other ways. I suggest you hang your drying items from the poles on clothing hangers, you will be able to hang more and wont have to reach so high. I make my own foaming hand soap with Dr Bonners...2 tablespoons of unscented Bonners with 20 drops of essential oils of choice and fill foaming dispenser with distilled water....so economical! Or you could use your tee tree scent Bonners and skip the essential oils. BTW I love your humor and also enjoyed your sharing of your beauty care. The video was so calming. Do you ever feel like crying on that long arduous trip to town and back? I think I would. Blessings to you.

It is not necessary to lay the boards indoors. It is necessary to place them above the ground, on old boards or logs; each row of boards is separated from the next through board spacers of 1-5 cm, for ventilation. And cover tightly with a tarp. Use as needed. The end of the board should be treated with paint for additional protection during long-term storage. Sorry for Google Translate :))

@@SJC49 This is her business :) but I see that she wants to bring the boards into the lttle house, and for this she needs to saw them. To avoid sawing, they can be stored outside, and if the boards are fresh (without drying), they will become better, the moisture will leave. Sorry about Google translate.

Succes!

Why not make it a proper entry with a little bench to take off shoes and a shoe rack underneath and a place to put coats .. you know a mud room.. the attic door on the inside can have hooks as well as in the hall ...you can still use it as a drying room but architecturally that room is an entry hall and I think you can make it super beautiful and functional .. (BTW I loved the former green .. on camera anyway) Congrats on the 100000!

You can dry your clothes outdoors even in winter!
The only thing that is required for the clothes to dry properly is that it is cold weather with at least 5 degrees below zero outside, if it is colder it goes faster.
    Do this:
    Wash the clothes as usual.
Hang the clothes on a clothesline or clothes rack outside in the garden/on the balcony for 12 hours.
Bring in and let the clothes thaw!
    Freeze-dry the clothes overnight
Feel free to leave the clothes hanging overnight and bring them in when the clothes have hardened. Then you let the clothes thaw inside - the result will be completely dry clothes!
