Ben & Jerry's Non-Dairy ice cream is really good and they have a Mint Chocolate Cookie. It’s not always easy to find.

Ben and Jerry's non dairy ice creams are the best I've tried! Absolutely delicious and soooo many flavours.
The strawberry oatmilk ice cream from Trader Joes is really good. Probably the best non-dairy ice cream I have ever had.
I don't know if Nahla likes caramel flavored but my favorite non-dairy ice cream is So Delicious Dairy Free Salted Caramel Cluster Cashew Milk.
It's so good! I would say even better than real milk ice cream. Highly recommend.
Breyers lactose free ice cream is great. Taste like regular ice cream but has the consistency of soft serve. Also lactaid makes ice cream
I love putting home made ranch on the little corns and then putting sunflower seeds on them as a snack.

Oataly mint chocolate chip by far the best non dairy ice cream I’ve ever had. They have strawberry and vanilla they are all good!
Girl! The Rosemary croissant croutons are the bomb in TJ’s Tomato Feta soup. Or any soup really.

That Icelandic skyr yogurt was a game changer for my 2023 health goals. Hits my protein macros every time, cuts out sugar and fat (so I can save that for my desserts lol). I buy bulk, make individual portions, layer with homemade fruit compote (basically SRV’s jam from summer vlogs but add cinnamon + lemon, no sugar). Now I have my own parfaits ready to go! Ps don’t get discouraged if it’s nasty. Some brands do it better than others!

Omg the green goddess seasoning is my absolute favorite. I like to season my fish with it and chicken. and put it on pasta. Oh my God it’s so good.

The enlightened ice cream and rebel have dairy free options and I like them. I've had their keto versions and they are both taste like regular ice cream to me.
That coffee cold brew ice cream is my FAVORITE! I hope Nahla loves it!
As a fellow lactose intolerance girly, the “so delicious non dairy” ice cream brand is pretty good! I love their cashew milk flavors the best.
They won't use the word "milk" because dairy farmers complained about it saying it would confuse consumers (basically dairy farmers were saying people are stupid enough to think oat milk is cow milk) lol. So a lot of companies made jokes about this on their branding for example Alpro says "soya not milk" 😂
lol sad part is the farmers are not wrong. The amount of people I’ve heard from others in forums, who literally sees the non dairy milk still thinks it’s cows milk and thinks it’s a higher quality milk.
@@brandiehammond I’ve never seen this haha but if people are daft enough to think oat milk or almond milk is from a cow then that’s a them problem 😂 (I’m vegan so I’ll stay in my little vegan lane hahaha)

Okay 2 things…. I love using the green goddess seasoning on pork chops (coarse salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and some green goddess) Get a good amount of butter in a pan and pan fry them. Sooooo good.
Also, I’m sure you have watched it, but Desperate Housewives. I told myself for years that I don’t care to watch it and then I finally did and was hooked… the absolute absurd amount of drama that happens in suburbia is crazy lol
Those mozzerella sticks are the best frozen ones I’ve ever had! I was such a TJ’s skeptic but once I tried some of their frozen items I was converted
TJs has the best frozen section. Very few preservatives, clean foods without fillers. They also have the best floral department - cheap good quality plants.
The TJ’s strawberry mochi’s are good! 🍓 I picked up the chocolate ones yesterday to try. I just found your channel today and subscribed.
the griddle cakes will surprise you! I repeatedly buy many of the things you got. The chickpease are great! I get them with the dolmas. I buy a container of the chili onion crunch oil and a bag of the candied pecans every week. Frozen croissants, etc.

So delicious has a coconut milk based mint chocolate chip ice cream and I swear it’s the best non dairy ice cream I’ve ever had in that specific flavor! May be worth a try!!

I absolutely love those pre-marinaded Korean kalbi short ribs. So good. If you broil them til they’re a little crisp flipping in between.. yummmm!
Also as a fellow lactose intolerant girly I’ve found brusters dairy free ice cream to be the absolute best sub for dairy ice cream I think it’s made with oat milk but you really can’t tell the difference. Only thing is I dont know if they have one near you. But if they do you can buy it by the gallon and pickup at their location. And they make a really good mint chocolate chip.
A 30 minutes grocery haul? Heck yeah! The first few weeks of GLP-1s can be a bit touch and go, so good luck. Knowing you’re doing the right thing makes it easier to handle. Not physically, but mentally 😅
Aglio olio is a pasta dish made with garlic, lemon, and olive oil. Super basic but delish! The seasoning would probably go well on pasta, esp since the kids don't love sauces.

Girl, you are my favorite, and Trader Joe’s is my jam. This is my favorite crossover. I LOVE those soup dumplings. In regards to the coffee boba ice cream, it is SO GOOD! That being said, if Nala isn’t a coffee girly, she’s not gonna like it because it’s a STrONG coffee flavor. That being said, YOU might be a fan of it because it’s good coffee.

Sprouts, mint, chocolate chip ice cream nondairy is so good there the chocolate chips are more of like a cookie type.
Icelandic skyr IS THE BEST so creamy way better than Greek IMO Have you added the protein drink to your coffee like a creamer? I dont drink coffee but I heard that is a good way to get your protein in Love you girl!!!!

The coconut milk ice cream is really good and doesn't taste off. I do also like the TJ boba ice cream that's black tea boba I believe they are also coconut milk based.
Never been to Trader Joe's but thinking I'm gonna have to check it out! Would love to see more meal content as you continue through your WW journey! I am on WW as well and finding meals outside of the same 3-5 I eat every week is getting challening 😅
Try So delicious they have almond, coconut , and cashew milk options. I’m very picky so these are my go tos …. I find them at sprouts . I think I’ve seen them at Walmart too. They do carry a mint n chip 😋

Try the mint chip Yasso Greek yogurt bars. Bombbb. The trick is to pull it out from the freezer a little before (like 10-15mins) you want to eat it and then it tastes exactly like ice cream
The brand Lactaid makes ice cream and they have a mint chip flavor I haven't tried that one specifically but all the other flavors taste like normal ice cream since it's made with milk still just doesn't have the lactose.
I really enjoy the So Delicious ice cream bars. They have different options fir their ice cream, oatmilk, cashewmilk, coconut milk etc
Great video Sarah. I am watching The Sopranos right now on Max. I have never seen it and it’s got me hooked. I’m already on season three and I just started yesterday. I also liked Only Murders in the Building, Kim’s Convenience, Rizzoli & Isles and True Detective. I wish others would tell me something new. I hate finding a new show.
